This was as powerfull as it actully started to bring me back to my true self that has been very admired at least by people I knew in my life, I lost that feeling recently because of my low self-esteem resolted of losing the motivation of being an influncer as I used naturaly to be. This meditation show me back that old seen were people were admiring the charisma of mine that was emanated all the positivity in the word that I was spread it to everything around me. This also took me to imagine the future me where I saw myself doing some change that also will influence the future of peaople and earth. All Love ❤

We’ll see. Makes me feel similar to the transcendental meditation done 2xday. Maybe that’s why I don’t yet feel too much change. Retired w a successful career behind me, often I grapple w continuing my scholarship, teaching, writing and so on. Guess I don’t lack confidence as much as direction. What may help a this? Thankyou.

Hi doc I have haemachromatosis.. aka massively too high iron in my blood.. I am currently doing venesection fortnightly.. could I drink lots of milk and coffee to help lower iron? Sorry if this is a dumbass question mate 🙏🏻. Thanks
To offer a hypnosis and then not take responsibility for ensuring that it isn’t “infected” with advertising, show a lack of duty of care. You know people are in deeply suggestible states and I’d expect you both to be more protective of both them and your own professional integrity.
Paul McKenna is brilliant. Unfortunately I can’t listen to his meditations because background music volume is too loud and drowns out his suggestions. As a result I get frustrated rather than relaxed. 😞

A let down for me; a bit spooky and not relaxing at all. I 100% prefer to meditate; it was my first and the last hypnosis. I am shocked by so many positive responses😮. It was the worst thing I have listened to.
