I bought the EOX version for myself and my girlfriend. It seemed like we measured our heads perfectly and ordered helmets that exactly matched our head parameters. But in fact, when they arrived, they were incredibly difficult to put on our heads, considering that I immediately put on the smallest padding that came with the kit. They were incredibly difficult to put on until I rode in the helmet for a couple of days. Then it became easier to put on, but my head still hurt if I rode in it for more than an hour. It will probably wear in over time and get better, but I was surprised when you put it on so easily.
Had a similar problem with my Arai helmet as they now come with removeable padding. The only thing holding the back of the padding in place was a tiny square of velcro and it wasn't long before the padding would bunch up at the back as I put the helmet on as the velcro would just let go. Sort of fixed it by fitting a much larger and stronger grip square of velcro but it's still bad design and lets down an otherwise excellent helmet. Hope you can sort yours as the Ruroc looks great 👍
Interesting that some helmet manufacturers now ship helmets with an antifog insert to attach to the visor if you want.... back in the day before i had to hang up my helmet, i always had to buy one myself and the only one that actually worked back then was by Fogshield, but even that didn't come without it's own issues in that if water got inside the visor onto the antifog 'shield' it would somehow cling onto the Fogshield and not move. This was a huge issue if the water was right in front of the eye and opening the visor to try and get the wind to move it only made it worse when it was raining because even more rain would get in, this was a real pain in the arse on the motorways because the only way to dry it off would be to pull into a service station and get out the rain to dry the inside off. It was even worse when i was a despatch rider and in the City because i'd be opening and closing my visor at every delivery so would constantly be drying the inside of the visor, but at least i could do that in the doorway on the way back out of the building. Q1. Do modern antifog inserts still have this issue with water on them? Q2. Do some helmet comanies supply them pre-fitted?... Curious to know about that one because they used to be a bit hit and miss to fit correctly in the same way mobile phone screen protectors are/were which is why many Android phones now come with them pre-installed. Sorry for the long post but i used to swear by an anti-fog insert and i'm curious to know if the technology has moved on now so that's no longer an issue.
They Look amazing but quality not good at all. Got my 4.0 was brand new and it was dis colored and looked super cheap sent it right back immediately. I’ll stick with Arai, Shoei, or AGV!! You know what you’re getting with those 3 brands!
Are they track approved yet? ive never been a fan of ruroc helmets, just assume its all influencers wearing them xD and ive got a pinlock with every shoei ive ever bought from budget to top spec
May be how you put it on I’ve seen a couple people say if they slid it straight down in their head it would pull those rivets out but the helmet was designed to be slid down the back of your head and neck first then the pulled all the way on to your head Doing it this way didn’t cause the back to pinch and a more comfortable ride Blockhead explained it well in one of his videos
I just got min and holly shit it’s not fun to wear after 5-10 minutes. Feels like it’s putting so much pressure on the back of the neck. I shaved down the plastic liner like 1/8” and it’s better now but it’s fucked up.

they can but very very rarely, and I’ve never seen a pre fit one before but it’s possible

they emailed me back saying the helmet was faulty and they rivets shouldn't of popped out like that
AGV Pista doesn't have a coloured clear coat like that helmet - its the coloured flake within the clear that reflects the light
