If I had to choose one giant UCS set, I would go for the recent Imperial Star Destroyer. I know it gets stick for not having an interior and having a giant crew of 2 people! But I keep going back to seeing it built, and it did look amazing in my Lego store window. But I didn't have the space either in my house or my car!
I personally own that set and as a 13 year old at of building and purchase, my parents were also not keen on it for the fact that’s utterly for display only. Even though I also love that set as its one of my prized sets but I’d still happily buy the millennium Falcon over it any day of the week. It’s just a build that people go OH WOW ITS SO COOL but after building it was I like ok looks good now on the shelving and never be touched again.
The star destroyer in my mind is a better display piece than the millennium falcon and it's also bigger than the falcon overall in volume. But the building experience of the falcon is better and looks better up close. I have them both and they're both fantastic.
I have both ucs millenium and star destroyer and yes isd is best display piece you can buy from lego. Its bigger then falcon which a lot of people dont know and its just more impressive seeing it in a big room.
I have the Star destroyer in my basement and it is awesome as a display piece. If your an imperial fan it is the way to go.

As much as I love the UCS Falcon, I pulled the trigger on the AT-AT instead partially because of the future resell value of the Luke’s Lightsaber promo. Really the AT-At should be closer to $700 usd for the piece count and size; especially comparing it the UCS Falcon. That being said, the UCS Falcon if released today would be ~$900 USD.
The full interior and comparability with the 2022 Hoth sets also made this set truly special.

Great review, Jordan. I got my UCS AT-AT for around $780 CAD after selling Luke's lightsaber for $200 CAD, Santa's Front Yard gift set for $30 CAD, and getting $50 CAD in LEGO points. Not bad at all. Probably the best Star Wars LEGO set ever.
Its good and ive bought one but its not the best ever, far from it but each to our own.
I can get that much for the light saber? Who am I kidding it's getting built... 😂😂
@@Shincism if you want it that badly you can probably sell it and buy the pieces on bricklink. That is, of course, unless you really want the plaque.
I'll hang onto Luke's Lightsaber for a year or two and try to recoup more of the AT-AT cost, play the longer game.

What did you mean by that snow speeder is from the 70’s? Lego Star Wars started in 199.

Favorite built so far: Sandcrawler. Still have yet to build the Falcon (need to get a case for it), and just received the AT-AT (going to the backlog pile for the time being).

Recently bricklinked the UCS Shuttle and really love it. The at-at I will buy next year when I turn 50. Would love to see it along side my UCS AT-ST .

My favorite Lego Star Wars UCS set is the Death Star II from 2005. That was my dream set for years. Finally got one and got it built last week!! Definitely hard to move around haha. But it looks sooo good

Millennium Falcon UCS is still the best. In my opinion.
I like the imperial shuttle I own that one but Iv never been able to finish the build, I came across an issue where some parts don’t fit together it’s very weird and with moving a few times since Iv gotten it I’m now missing a few parts.
Imagine trying to run away from an AT-AT and it catches up to you 💀💀💀

You can actually pick up the star destroyer from the bottom next to the stands. It's an intended method of moving it as well.

10:54. "It's from the 70's". I regret to inform you that you are no longer a Lego Ambassador. This set was from 1999. Empire Strikes Back wasn't released until 1980.

This is exactly the issue I'm facing at the moment, got loads of kits in boxes and nowhere to display them .

Favorite USC set for me has been Slave 1. I also have the A-Wing and Tie Fighter. I’m currently saving my bday and Christmas money for USC Star Destroyer. Will need about $200 more after Christmas :) Gunship is next years goal

When I was like 9 my grandparents got me that 2014 Lego at-at and they gave it to me when it was not even my birthday but my grandfathers birthday but they still wanted to give it to me. So I went home so excited and finished it a couple days later and it stood for a couple months but then as I was watching tv downstairs my nany who had been trying to clean something on top of the ceiling fan which was right above the table where it was and she used a Dustbuster(idk why) but she had dropped it directly onto my set and it shattered everywhere and lots of the pieces I never found is till have some remind of the head and the frame of the main body and I still think about it to this day

Do you now wich star wars sets you really need to buy? You already have a huge and really Nice collection and I think The only star wars sets you need are Older variants of sets like you have with The at at but one set you really need is The ucs darth maul statue and The ucs yoda statue.
