Lure Painting | 3D Printed Lure - Bluegill Pattern

- A coworker got one of those 3-D printers and asked if I wanted to try working with a 3D printed lure. The design is a squarebill crankbait with some pockets inside for weight and/or rattles. A neighbor cut open a shotgun shell which had stainless steel BB's inside so I used those to enhance the lures noise and weight. I messed up a little trying to pop bubbles in the epoxy with a lighter. I held the lighter on it for too long and it burned a bit. But I think this mistake gives the lure a sort of realistic look...or that's what I keep telling myself.

Great job! One of my favorites! Thanks for sharing buddy!
The lure look's fine to me, do you ever use dayglow or neon paints for extra attraction? Where do you get the metal handle brushes from. Another great concise video, I enjoyed every second thank you.
I have used some neon-ish paint but haven’t lately. A chartreuse I have is very neon like. I get the metal handled brushes from amazon, search “flux brushes”. I often use pliers to pinch the brush ferrule more so less bristles fall out. Thank you.
