Prosecutors allege Read hit O’Keefe with her car and left him to die in the snow. But Read’s defense team says she never hurt O’Keefe and that she is being framed by the true killers, who may have been inside the house where his body was found.

When Karen says I did it . I think it’s her way of saying I should have never dropped him off and he should’ve came home . Like a regret of her not going in house or talking him out of going there . I have honestly no real idea as to whether this woman actually hit that guy in her car or not but this trial is absolutely, jaw droppingly FULL of liars and if I were a juror, I would NOT feel comfortable convicting her purely because of the complete and utter lack of credibility of these "witnesses".
There was a video showing her back into a car at an apartment building a couple of days before.

I am personally triggered by Brian Albert senior. I feel panic knowing that such a person has ever had authority. I grew up in a dictatorship. This is stuff from which nightmares are made in such countries. And people in his personal life accept it voluntarily. I would run and never look back. He is one inch away from a psychopath, if he indeed never has killed, which is so possible in my mind. Maybe not O’Keefe, but by God, no one could convince me that he hasn’t left a trail of victims in Boston during his active years.

Based on what I watched today, there are too many coincidences from the butt dials, getting a new phone, selling the house, getting rid of the dog, etc…not to mention all the commotion happening right outside your bedroom window on the front lawn and you hear absolutely nothing!! Come on, that’s not believable to me. Too much doubt for the jurors today. This case is dragging to say the least .Bring on the forensics and the experts!!
There is not an innocent homeowner in the world that avoids an emergency occurring on their property, especially as a trained 1st responder & especially if the person in your yard is a coworker you were just with.
Im confident it wont make any sense to the jury.

But lawyers questions are not evidence.
And that’s not allowed in most courtrooms. Though this judge has given this defense more leeway than a lot of judges would.

@@PerezRivera65 at about 3:14:00 into this video Brian Albert is asked about the play fighting at the waterfall and then the defense says something like “this is minutes before everyone arrives at 34 Fairview ?” Brian answers “yes” , then the defense says “including John O’Keefe?” And Brian answered “yes” ! I couldn’t believe it . And I don’t see anyone really talking about that lol
Listening to this is painful. No reason given for objections that are continually sustained as the defense is trying to prove this man’s story has changed and lies while blaming police for lying in the police reports all of which directly effect the defendant and her case. The judge seems to empathize and be courteous to the prosecutions called witnesses but highly annoyed with cross examination. Making it appear to not only me as a listener but also the jury that the defense should not be taken seriously.

I’m rewatching this testimony for the third time so I can find the time stamp where Brian Albert is asked about people arriving at Fairview after the waterfall he named the people that arrived and then the defense said “including John O’Keefe” and Brian Albert said “yes”

I think if anyone made a reasonable doubt become hyperbole it was Brian Albert Senior. If there is anyone who went on that stand who was less believable as a police officer for over 30 years as to what he knew and how he conducted himself, it was Mr. Brian Albert. He is a professional liar and poor. Mr. Jackson was getting all riled up over a professional liar in the end, I hope Karen Read gets to thank him for all of his testimony/perjury.

I am really hoping defense asks Caitlyn Albert if her boyfriend had to be up so early around 3am to shovel snow, how was he also able to wake up and come pick her up way before his scheduled wake-up time. I honestly don’t think that either of the children knew what was going on. I think something happened between Brian Higgins number one and John O’Keefe and perhaps Brian Albert and his nephew and I think they kept it under wraps until everybody left. That is the only way that this could’ve happened, not many people can stick together to a story. I think they put O’Keefe on the lawn after their children has gone to bed and left as far as Jen McCabe. I think she knows that something is rotten but she’s not going to say.

I thought the most interesting new piece of information which the defence just put out there briefly was the fact that Brian Higgins had been sending Karen Read flirty texts! As her boyfriend, I think that would be one of the first things John Okeefe would be motivated to speak to Mr. Higgins about, and I believe just a scenario, however that Karen Reade told her boyfriend on the way to the Albert home about Brian Higgins, and I think that’s why she did not go into the home and I think she deep down was worried when he didn’t come home what had happened?

I haven’t seen any evidence that there was a murder by anyone. It’s entirely reasonable to me an injury occurred maybe slipping, then maybe he passed out or lay down, succumbing to hypothermia, because no one knew whether he left. Could the dog have been trying to rouse him. I think the dog did bite him and clawed at him. When it occurred is speculation. How this became a murder is beyond me based on the evidence.

The public will never know all the evidence because the CPD used Solo Cups, Leaf Blower and shopping bags to put the blood evidence from the crime scene in. CPD didn't secure the area where John was found or the home he had been to from the start. CPD sent Jenn McCabe in at 6 AM and told her to tell the occupants they will need to speak to them. WTF? At that point they didn't know what happened. Lanky testified John looked like he could have been beat up. So why would you send a civilian into a home not knowing if there may be other people injured?
The Albert son wants people to believe. He can’t remember if he looked out the window or not when we woke up? That’s almost insulting. Then they show him what he said and he remembered right away. This family is lying

He may have slipped on the wet snow when she backed up to turn around and hit him as he was going down. They had both been drinking. He may not have been to steady on his feet to begin with.
