Prosecutors allege Read hit O’Keefe with her car and left him to die in the snow. But Read’s defense team says she never hurt O’Keefe and that she is being framed by the true killers, who may have been inside the house where his body was found.

Yes, me too, more so than anyone else. I feel for his mom and brother too, but you can see in Mr. O'Keefes eyes that he is tired and he is heartbroken about his children's death. I can't imagine. My own grandmother on my paternal side outlived all of her children and she had much of the same expression and brokenness in her eyes as Mr. O'Keefe. Prayers and love to him in all this. I know it's all so hard! 🙏

What's with these so-called pillars of the community all out drinking and driving? Police should know better! When prosecution objects, the Judge at times says, "we'll allow that one"! Who exactly is "we"? The Court should be independent and impartial. The Judge is clearly working alongside the prosecution in this case. She needs to be removed immediately from this case.

I believe she says I'll allow it, not we. However I've noticed how when defense objects, she just says sustained. But when the piker prosecutor objects, she says" I'll allow this one" as if she has someone to answer to. I don't love that and am not impressed with this judge, she is in need of some really strong refreshment courses pronto!! ..and if the jury convicts this gentle little defendant after today's testimony from this punk who FELL on his knuckles, I will be forced to believe that they too, are all in on the cover up. Yesterday when this young drunk punk opened his mouth, I remember thinking how harmless he seemed, and did pretty well on the stand, but u see today was a new day and his real reflection came out so we could see him for who his character truly is. What a difference a day makes man oh man, this punk is a fighter just like his uncle, probably just like his dad as well. Good work from this defense team.. I LOVE IT
When you right an article, a scientific paper or book you use "we" not "i", even though you are the only author. I think it's the same thing here.
If Karen is found guilty I blame the judge for not allowing the defense to fully present their case.

Not quite right. A Female witness that was in the car behind said at the intersection she saw a woman driving and a male in the passenger. The fact he didn’t get out of the car till probably further away and no one was outside might be the reason.

I honestly feel one of the kids hit John considering they were all drinking. Several different rides coming and going. That is the only reason all of these adults would come together to cover up something and risk their careers would be to protect one of their kids!
Secondly, he says he does not follow social media, what a crock. All kids his age do, and how the hell does he know what people are saying about him online or this harassment if he doesnt go on there

But than again I perceived Ally to be nothing more than one of those oldest female child, who, like often in these type of patriarchal type of clans, has been groomed to be loyal and motherly to such fiascos as Collin Albert. There was no indication, that she is hiding mir than that: the protection that everybody NEEDED to give Collin.

I’ve never seen a prosecution act as a defense team to exclude material witnesses who could’ve committed the murder and present no evidence to convict the person being charged.
Agreed! I often get confused and have to force myself to remember who are the prosecuting attorneys and who are the defense attorneys. The commonwealth is doing more to defend a family than to convict the defendant.

I caught that too, and Jackson knew that’s what he was asking, bc only after that he asked if before yesterday, at any point did he talk to someone, which was a different question. I was SUPER annoyed when he then claimed his first answer wasn’t true. 🤬 where is the prosecutor during these moments, he should have objected to that.
They have to give a specific time. That’s why. He would have gotten an objection if he asked your second question.
How could she have backed into John when her car was facing toward the area he as found laying on the lawn. He got out of the car at the driveway, she pulled forward a couple of times per the witnesses. Don’t understand how she could have backed into him, breaking her tail light, and then driving off. The direction the car was facing is to me the most credible evidence she couldn’t have backed into him. In all of these 13 days no one, not anyone has mentioned that. Also in these past 13 days so much credible doubt. She is cloaked in the presumption of innocence, and so far in my opinion she remains there.
So, how many people in your mind are involved in this crime? 20 to 30?

Why did they do all they could to hide the fact Colin was at the house?!? Here is a twist. Colin was well known for underage drinking. Is there a possibility this angry, drunk irresponsible kid actually didn't see John outside and he hit him with a car and ran him over? Did the family then hide his car and remove him from the house and make it look like he was never there?!?!?

Colin was picked up by his cousin. He drank that day, maybe was a bit aggressive (someone was commenting that in the videos he seems drunk and in the mood to kick some a*s). He could've met John and somehow a fight started (I don't remember if Colin was the one who trepassed John's property or his brother - in the end it could've been both; too many lies in their testimonies; I also read comments that John had arrested once Colin for drug possession; maybe it's true, maybe not, but if it's true there are two reasons for a drunk, agressive dimwitted teen to start punching John.)
The defence attorney must have the patience of a saint!
We will never know what happened that at house. This will be a mistrial or not guilty, and no one else will be charged because no evidence from the house was properly taken and electronics were not seized

Colin and Uncle Brian have a close bond… that was stated by his Dad Chris. No wonder, they are both punks, bullies and Uncle Brian has probably had to help keep Colin out of trouble. So Colin will do anything for his Uncle, even beat someone up. No one in that house was paying attention to who left the room and went downstairs. They were all drinking, talking and listening to music. Brian Higgins had sent a message a week or two weeks prior trying to talk to Karen. I think that John O knew about it bc Karen probably told him and he probably told Brian Higgins at that bar or gave him the impression of “ I know you messaged my girl “. Brian is showing Big Brian at the bar what he is going to do to him. Karen drops him off, the guys come out the back of house and have him come around to the back and beat the crap out of him and then dump him. There was hardly NO Blood in that snow and if you see the picture of the gash on his head he would have bleed A LOT. Basement was cleaned up and remodeled and house sold, cell phones were traded in. It goes on and on, the Alberts and Higgins guy are guilty.
So if u slip n fall u use ur fists to break the fall...i am completely done. Like wtf does colin think he foolin...

Were you in the car ? One of her 4 stories was she dropped him off and then sat out front for 10 mins. Well people not connected with the house in the front seat of the car behind Karen’s car said no one stepped out of that car. So that is another lie. His phone has him in that car for 11 minutes. Then he moved to the front lawn where he was found by Karen hours later. At the time his phone moved from car to lawn, her reverse at speed happened. Not sure what the defence do with that. Who are they going to blame next ? The neighbour? Lock her up.

McCabe is a good witness. He answers questions with confidence and directness not seen by the 20-something year olds who can't seem to remember what they had for breakfast an hour ago.
