If anyone is wondering if you can still buy a game again after you refund it the answer is yes, I'll refund a game if I have less than 2 hours then i'll buy it back if I find myself thinking about it the next day. The only thing that sucks is sales aren't always permanent so it might be full price if you wait too long to buy it again.

I mistakenly refunded a game which I was purchased during Summer sale 2022 (and I forgot that I refunded the game, 2-3 hours later I received a mail from steam that my refund was successful which remind me of the game), now I've to wait for next sale to purchase the game again.😩😩
