How To : Refund A Steam Game Tutorial
You can request a refund or return for nearly any purchase on Steam-for any reason. Maybe your PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements; maybe you bought a game by mistake; maybe you played the title for an hour and just didn't like it.
It doesn't matter. Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within the required return period, and, in the case of games, if the title has been played for less than two hours. There are more details below, but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look.
You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a week of approval. You will receive the refund in Steam Wallet funds or through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If, for any reason, Steam is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, your Steam Wallet will be credited the full amount. (Some payment methods available through Steam in your country may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method)

from my "obSeRVatIOn", I can see that:
- if the content creator asks to subscribe their channel in any part of the video, regularly, in every video, they WILL get the subs but the views will be less than it.
on the other hand.
- if the content creator explain the video right on point with the title including the thumbnail (no shi*tty clickbaits) also never asks to subscribe to their channel (or maybe not in every video), there is possibility that they will have VIEWS 1000000x times of their subs.

the rule about the 2 hour thingy is the worst. Imagine you cant exceed 2 hours of playtime. They made it 2 hours cause they know everyone would exceed 2 hours and we cant refund it anymore because of the rule. We're just being fooled by steam and theyre making so much money.

For anyone who might be thinking I don't know about sites that let you check if a game can run on your specs, I do but if I meet the minimum requirements but not the recommended requirements then a test is needed

@Balance unless you have an RTX card the game is pretty demanding, I have a GTX 1650 and even tho it ain't master race specs it should be able to hold it's ground, but playing on medium settings it doesn't seem very optimized, and just looks pretty ugly, while playing for two hours I saw several blocky cars, rendering delay, the city rendering exactly like watch_dogs right in front of your eyes, npcs that look like n64 golden eye characters until you stare at them for 3 seconds, and very stupid a.i. glitchy physics that just seem unpolished specially on scripted scenes. I got a refund for it, when the game gets a few updates or drop in price I'll check it again, was really mad when writing that comment so yeah, just reminds you of rdr2 or gtaiv pc launches.

Me who has played scrap mechanic for 124.1 hours and last week played 5.6
God this pisses me off so much.... I just bought COD WW2 on steam, took a day to download. Went a head started her up changed the settings, then got into the first game intro cutscene. Game froze in the first 10 seconds. Rebooted my PC, same exact thing same exact frame. I tried 5 times. Same thing.. I tried multiplayer, froze as soon as "activision" popped up on my screen. This game is so crap and not even optimized I can't wait to get my money back to buy a game that's ACTUALLY WORTH IT.
I 100% recommend CSGo or PUBG. Also, what are your PC specs? Could've been you, and not the game.

I am able to run all my other games ar around 30 to 40 fps including GTA 5 and a lot of other games.

Xonical I would definitely call that extra low to low level, sorry. Intel HD hasn't been a good GPU since around 2009, and the Intel i3 maybe 2011. I'd definitely say that's the cause of the WW2 problem.
