Haha so true, supports in general. A friend and I started the game as DPS but we both went Tank and Healer due to the ques but then you also have to hope to get into a good group / people willing to learn. Hopefully your tank woes arent too bad, if youre on Laslan we do a lot of dungeon runs in my guild.

Exactly I beat it yesterday fresh level 50 all green and blue gear, it took awhile but I hosted a learning party and we beat it in the end. It was fun, the only thing was the grapple mechanic, just can be very buggy is all.
100% it can be, yea if people use the Party Board they can setup learning groups so you dont get those who just want a fast clear, it makes it more enjoyable.
The best tank for the fireball part is the one who has greatsword and the skill to intercept the 40% of the damage on the selected player. Sometimes the marked player is not in the best position for the direct interception, the tank uses the skill and then he can make it between the fireball and the other player. And you need a good healer, cause i intercepted the fireball as a tank and i died cause the healer never gave me any heals hehehe.
God as a tank coming through here, I feel so vindicated by the dog thing, and also the last boss. I had to explain to 2 different groups that something was wrong with the dogs aggro. I was in 3 groups, one of them which pulled this boss like 40 times before dissolving. Got it on my 3rd attempt without a weaken dispel, I just ate two and we prayed for the last fireball. Please make a guide for each of the dungeons, super to the point.

For the grapple, make sure you aren't moving before the jump up, and you're guaranteed to get the next hook easily, as long as you're pointed at the second grapple.
I normally dont have issues getting the grapple to work but I have had it on many occasions where you're in mid air being launched by the grapple and you will just plummet into the ground
As a tank, it's 50/50 on if the healer knows what to do to keep me alive. I've joined too many "at boss" parties and the healer is just oblivious to their class and spamming anything off cooldown. A small percentage will say, woah you tanked all 3 of those. Don't thank me, thank the healer!
Yea 100% I play with people in voice a lot and even now I find players who are scared to tank all 3 even with me as the healer because of past experiences lol
Yup, same works the other way around too, you think the fight is easy to heal but its also because the tank is using their buffs and blocking properly too.
Yeh I’m a wand/staff healer. Even with 1 cleanse, just spamming shield at the start then the 3 heals keeps the tank at full hp, then use the fountain to keep him topped off while the fire dot tickets helps for a bit until the heal comes off cd
Thats actually nearly the exact rotation I recommended to someone running that weapon set, It's really just the 3 stacks that hurts the most , if you use blessing + puddle the heals are usually more than x2 burn stacks.
For my tanks out there watching this guide, I have a tip. Use GS/SnS for running through the dungeon, and switch to SnS/wand when fighting the boss. Ofc this would mean investing in 3 weapons and 3 skillsets, but it makes ANY coop dungeon easy as a tank. But first and foremost, learn mechs. It’s easy to ride a bike once you know how.
Just want to add in that incase your tank has no choice but to step on a poison puddle between the marked dude and the boss, let him take 2 fireballs only. Also 2 if the healer gets marked also.
Full dungeon videos dont do too well so I tried to show as much without it being too filler, with things that I hear people complain about, like the dogs for example lol
I love the detail. Thank you. I sense however if your party doesn't have a cleanse, then your kinda screwed and/or you have to coordinate those fireball hits as previously suggested.
If you have a healer in your group, they should be running at least 1 cleanse to be honest. They are probably running the AoE heal and all it takes is specializing the middle talent to make it have a cleanse.
Depends a little, i've seen the fireballs 1 shot some people who tried to help with the mechanic but yes other people can do it, I would probably make sure they have enough HP first.
Yea I was running it with a mix of friends and randoms and some people will just get very angry because they dont know the tank isnt doing it on purpose.
mini boss 1 you can just have your tank throw all the adds into the water. and kill the boss. mini boss 2 you can have the tank or someone who is good at kiting or a decent healer kite ALL the adds while the rest of the party just kills the boss. once its dead the person kitng dies. and your at the boss.
The mechanic isnt that bad to be honest. There are others that require more coordination that are harder like Wasteland or Canyon. As a healer I can do the flying mechanic, the heal/cleanse mechanic and the chains mechanic but in Canyon I NEED 2 other people to do mechanics.

like the vid....it looks easy on screen but when I'm tanking its hard to see what is going on and who is marked...I stay in the face of the lion but some how they die....I guess I'm just confussed or there is just too much going on...not sure...
its a little harder as the tank. I would recommend pulling the boss closer to the entrance so you get a good view of all of your party members behind the boss. Then I would put yourself in front of the person who has the marker, not like be near them but like in the way of the boss. You might be in front of the bosses face but the marked player could be slightly to your right or left, ive seen the fireball go right past a few tanks.
This one is pretty hard. idk if I cleared it 1 yet. good tip from actual gamer xd also if u do blue part. u have to change in bird form between each pillar. and u have to wait to pull chains before water falls down on boss is that correct?
I don’t know the names of them so when you started this video, I was wondering if I’ve done that dungeon that dungeon is easy both versions of it easy simple I don’t know why anybody would be complaining about it being difficult. The hardest part is when you get speed runners that think it’s OK to just run through gather up everything and it all ends upat once down at the end, but the dungeon is not hard if you play through it properly it’s not hard at all. Is it preferable that you have a tank gathering everything in one spot so you can nuke it all at the same time but it’s not necessary.
Sadly no, the best you can do is 1. What you can do is put down blessed Barrier and then Fountain of Life after you cleanse 1 dot and as long as the tank stands in it, you should be fine with just 2 dots on them. 3 is where it hurts big time.

Keep in mind the only big thing that changes for the level 40 dungeon is that on the last boss you dont need someone to go up in the air to click the button on the middle chandelier, the chains on the statue are active at all times you just need to press F next to them when he starts burning the room.
As a tank I always get blamed. I would even block all 3 shots and still get blamed. The cleanse makes a lot of sense thank you for this video. I'm not the greatest but felt it wasn't all my fault. Hopefully this helps me improve my skills.

Indeed, its the dot at the end thst ends up draining your life. So you cant even shield and take all 3. Said that, I still think Its better to take 2-1, so you dont end up relying the whole run on a random healer. Also i have seen healers thst put a shield on the tsrgeted player to survive the last ball.
Yup, I run both and have the shield changed to a aoe shield instead of a targeted one so I just stand between the tank and target off to the side and it hits both.
Sadly cleanse is only on 2 weapons, Wand or Bow. For wand it is Clays Salvation and then you click on Specialization and get the middle one for it that makes it a cleanse. The other 2 are from Bow, Natures Blessing and Purifying Touch no specialization need.
am running staff/wand, and so far I only know 1 cleanse, which is weaken removal from clay salvation, and you mentioned like 3 cleanses there? May I know the other 2?
Sadly the others are from Bow, I am working on a Staff Wand build video but in my opinion it does have a higher skill floor than Wand Bow, so I am trying to find a way to make a build that gives damage for the people who picked staff but also healing and support with Wand that is both fun to play and easy to pick up but lack of cleanse makes it difficult.

ive pugged it with random and 1 friend in the group, at that point I just explain it in chat if some people are new, even without comms, as long as people understand it will be a smoother experience. Wipes are to be expected but its not bad.
The glowing markers 100% need to be better. So many fights make you glow a color but it is hard to see sometimes, especially some color/environment combos.
Sadly this game doesnt remove all stacks when you do cleanse only 1 stack. I would cleanse at any, 2 stacks of burn is fine, you may need to use a another skill with it like Blessed Barrier or Invincible Wall to help mitigate the DoT.
@@yeoahben9900 Yea, I did at the start but sadly no. If you have a bow user in your group usually they all run the Natures Blessing anyway and can help, I would just ask them to save it for the fireball and coordinate because they just spam it for mana regen. I would also try to hold your 3 heal charges until the tank gets to like 50% after the fireballs, after you cleanse, because if you spam them at 80% hp youre probably over healing and wasting heals.
I dont even do the gimicks i can heal my party through it while focusing on dps and killing it fast with no tank 5 dps. Healing touch alone heals faster than tier 3 burn so u dont have to waste skill slits on useless skills
Sadly no, they have ways to prevent you from getting a debuff in the first place like with the ice tomb and Camouflage but nothing that can cleanse it, especially from teammates.
Mechs in that dgn are just awful. Grapple doesn’t work half the time. Glide morph just randomly drops you to the floor for the instant ko?? Camera doesn’t want to play well when trying to fly to the center.. not only is the boss fighting me but the game is also fighting me I just said it ain’t worth the headache lol
This boss isn't hard. Most people die because of the lack of awareness when they get mark and still running around. Most player get mark and expect the tank to just find them. Doesn't always work. The fire ball is a very precise hit. The boss only marks right after it does it purple ring special moves. That gives all players about 2-3 sec to move behind the tank before the mark happens. If your marked 180/45 degree away from the boss head. you're pretty much dead and causing the boss to jump direction blasting fireballs. If the tank gets heal during the fire ball hit, most of time they can take three hits or else someone else takes the last hit. the last hit don't do huge damage like the first hit.
Yea someone pointed that out, I will adjust it in future content, it sounded fine during play back and I was using a headset. If I continue with it, i'll decrease by 50% volume on the dings
I show the 3 of them at the start of the video. For Wand you have Clays Salvation but you need the middle specialization. For Bow you have Natures blessing and Purifying touch, you dont need specialization for either.
Could be resolution and UI scaling I play at? I play at 2k and the smallest UI so it might seem like I am more zoomed out maybe? I looked at the camera settings and I dont see any option for a further zoom range, if you are talking about the gliding camera, I feel like some morphs have a different camera view for some reason.
@FateOdinGaming that has nothing to do with the fact temple has no gear for main roles "tank/healer, and unless you have friends you'll be sitting in que for 30 to an hour if not more, how does playing hybrid heal help with getting into a dungeon at all?
Hmm, it wasn't that loud during my play back after editing, I was trying something new as the ding forces attention but i'll keep that in mind or try to lower the volume on the dings to half. Thanks for the feedback, no one else commented anything about audio so I really appreciate it!
He is actually trying to make a better experience for this game in total. Just be thankful for his efforts and stop being a drama queen as you probably are in your life. That is one of the reasons that people cannot really stand you. Focus and appreciate on what you have rather than crying like a girl for what you don't.

Now that! was an excellent video. I think the biggest tool you had was communication, doing this with randoms who have chat deactivated is folly.
It 100% does help for sure, without comms I would say to have everyone in front of the tanks view behind the boss so the tank can see everyone.

Yup, I run both and have the shield changed to a aoe shield instead of a targeted one so I just stand between the tank and target off to the side and it hits both.
I'm new to healing in this game how do you get the cleanse is it a passive?
Sadly cleanse is only on 2 weapons, Wand or Bow. For wand it is Clays Salvation and then you click on Specialization and get the middle one for it that makes it a cleanse. The other 2 are from Bow, Natures Blessing and Purifying Touch no specialization need.
am running staff/wand, and so far I only know 1 cleanse, which is weaken removal from clay salvation, and you mentioned like 3 cleanses there? May I know the other 2?
Sadly the others are from Bow, I am working on a Staff Wand build video but in my opinion it does have a higher skill floor than Wand Bow, so I am trying to find a way to make a build that gives damage for the people who picked staff but also healing and support with Wand that is both fun to play and easy to pick up but lack of cleanse makes it difficult.

ive pugged it with random and 1 friend in the group, at that point I just explain it in chat if some people are new, even without comms, as long as people understand it will be a smoother experience. Wipes are to be expected but its not bad.
The boss mechanic's could still be more clear too many look to similar and they could have a bit more leniency timer
The glowing markers 100% need to be better. So many fights make you glow a color but it is hard to see sometimes, especially some color/environment combos.
as wand staff, i only got one cleanse spell, i wait until 3 debuff then remove it? or 2 stack i still able to heal him back?
Sadly this game doesnt remove all stacks when you do cleanse only 1 stack. I would cleanse at any, 2 stacks of burn is fine, you may need to use a another skill with it like Blessed Barrier or Invincible Wall to help mitigate the DoT.

@@yeoahben9900 Yea, I did at the start but sadly no. If you have a bow user in your group usually they all run the Natures Blessing anyway and can help, I would just ask them to save it for the fireball and coordinate because they just spam it for mana regen. I would also try to hold your 3 heal charges until the tank gets to like 50% after the fireballs, after you cleanse, because if you spam them at 80% hp youre probably over healing and wasting heals.

I dont even do the gimicks i can heal my party through it while focusing on dps and killing it fast with no tank 5 dps. Healing touch alone heals faster than tier 3 burn so u dont have to waste skill slits on useless skills
So staff or dagger doesn’t have debuff removal?
Sadly no, they have ways to prevent you from getting a debuff in the first place like with the ice tomb and Camouflage but nothing that can cleanse it, especially from teammates.

Mechs in that dgn are just awful. Grapple doesn’t work half the time. Glide morph just randomly drops you to the floor for the instant ko?? Camera doesn’t want to play well when trying to fly to the center.. not only is the boss fighting me but the game is also fighting me I just said it ain’t worth the headache lol
This boss isn't hard. Most people die because of the lack of awareness when they get mark and still running around. Most player get mark and expect the tank to just find them. Doesn't always work. The fire ball is a very precise hit. The boss only marks right after it does it purple ring special moves. That gives all players about 2-3 sec to move behind the tank before the mark happens. If your marked 180/45 degree away from the boss head. you're pretty much dead and causing the boss to jump direction blasting fireballs. If the tank gets heal during the fire ball hit, most of time they can take three hits or else someone else takes the last hit. the last hit don't do huge damage like the first hit.
The ding sound in this video is insanely too loud.
Yea someone pointed that out, I will adjust it in future content, it sounded fine during play back and I was using a headset. If I continue with it, i'll decrease by 50% volume on the dings
what skill is the cleans ?
I show the 3 of them at the start of the video. For Wand you have Clays Salvation but you need the middle specialization. For Bow you have Natures blessing and Purifying touch, you dont need specialization for either.

How are you able to be so zoomed out?
Could be resolution and UI scaling I play at? I play at 2k and the smallest UI so it might seem like I am more zoomed out maybe? I looked at the camera settings and I dont see any option for a further zoom range, if you are talking about the gliding camera, I feel like some morphs have a different camera view for some reason.

Good luck finding a healer or tank...I'm a healer never gonna touch that one, why would I run a dungeon that has no gear for tank or healer...
I like to go a hybrid dps healer since at the moment anyway nothing really requires pure healing.
@FateOdinGaming that has nothing to do with the fact temple has no gear for main roles "tank/healer, and unless you have friends you'll be sitting in que for 30 to an hour if not more, how does playing hybrid heal help with getting into a dungeon at all?

Hmm, it wasn't that loud during my play back after editing, I was trying something new as the ding forces attention but i'll keep that in mind or try to lower the volume on the dings to half. Thanks for the feedback, no one else commented anything about audio so I really appreciate it!
He is actually trying to make a better experience for this game in total. Just be thankful for his efforts and stop being a drama queen as you probably are in your life. That is one of the reasons that people cannot really stand you. Focus and appreciate on what you have rather than crying like a girl for what you don't.
