@@46288328 Yes there is as the passives count of the weapon you are using at the moment. so you want wand for the extra healing. Depending on the mastery tree actually and what stats are you missing but mostly wand

Is this build purely for DPS/self heals or can you heal in the dungeons? I'm new to the game and the staff/wand combo looks really fun to play (usually play melee in MMOs) thanks 👍
Why no touch of despair? That’s probably a lot of damage and self healing from dealt damage missing. And is there a need speccing for damage transfer on judgement lightning since it has the same cooldown as ice spear which gives frost? Otherwise a great video, gave me a lot of ideas in build crafting.

I haven't really thought about the end T1 Staff to be honest im still indecisive i will change it for sure but still trying to figure which one :D I will upload also some videos of gate of infinity as you want :D

There is definitely enough heals for Coop Dungeon , now in gvg its what you prefer. If u want to be support go with build 2. If u wanna dps aswell go build 1. Choice is yours !
@@C-R. If you wanna maxout dps it wont be viable you will have to go for build No3. Generally it is a sustainable build you are just missing 1 extra healing from a main support build to be honest. It should good
Great video, great guide!!! I am currently 3.3k Bow/Staff and was thinking of rerolling to healer (either dagger/wand or staff/wand). You convinced me to go for staff (especially since I have my staff already max traited and level 12 mastery). The only reason I am still thinking of rerolling but not doing it is that classic mode seems more suited for Healing in this game but I am playing on action combat mode (and will continue to do so). Do you have any tips on how to select my healing targets? Hovering over them does not seem to work on mass PvP especially.
Ofcourse dude you can do whatever you want :) This is the only way to have fun in the game is to try things out and see what works best for you ! I am here to showcase the things that work for me and if they work for you you are free to use them !
I've been wondering. Should we be going to 50 str for the extra heavy attack chance? we get 160 from weapons which dont seem worth it but combined with 100 from the str perk and 100 for burn stacks it makes heavy attacks noticeable?
It really depends on what you wanna play. For Full Dps build its possible and specially for PVE to get FUll Dex-Str. But for pvp Perception Dex is really important

Iam only asking because iam fallowing that guide atm and if your build would be better i would have to get totally diffrent items :( my goal is to be able to solo big grups of mobs in abyss and sanctum ,etc would love to be able to solo the dungeon too, but i dont care about pvp , and it seems like all your builds with the gear are around pvp, have you seen the maxxroll pve guide if yes do you think one can solo the dungeon that you did with it ? or am i better of just changing everything to the gear that you are using? your builds are focusing on both pvp and pve right? the build that is named ( currently ) is that the build you did the dungeon solo on?

Love the video appreciate it very much. But Just curious, Why use the Umbramancer Over the Toublek Staff or even the Talus Staff? Going for Dps build, just wondering!
Good question ;) The toublek's staff extra ability gives extra crit depending on the distance you have from the target. So its good for pve because u can have max distance but not from pvp since you are almost never far from enemies or someone is always around you. On the other hand Talus staff is really good but its not easy to fully trait . Unless you are p2w and i am free 2 play still !
@@floridaboix If you can get Toublek get it. The thing is that Toublek is really good only PVE wise as i believe you can never get the benefit of max range to crit that Toublek's Offers. Also its harder to trait it unless you can afford some Lucent. If staff of Resistance is untraited then its better to go for Tubleks
I got the Talus staff yesterday with crit chance. I could max out the crit chance but its so hard to get the other traits. i had a blue staff before the talus staff, so it was a big upgrade for me xD but i didnt sell it, it was 3k worth of lucent ups. Will it be ok to have talus with maxed out chrit hit? I already have it on lvl 9. Or should i switch to another staff?@@Th3RuthlessDuo
@@lexa7590 You can use it since it has a crit chance. It is easy in the game to make lucent so it wouldn't take a lot of time before the prices in AH drop and you make some amount of lucent to unlock the other traits ! Also if you want you can use trait unlock stones eventhough i would suggest to use it on Accessories which are the most expensive right now!

I wanna use this build always use a mix of curse but i see this and i like the only problem i have is that i have my wand almost maxed Lequerius full trait and my staff is actually trash blue with any traits, i should use my wand for attack? to get the full traits of my weapon?

Any reason for not stacking both Melee Evasion with Ranged Evasion OR Magic Evasion for most traits on gear? I see it being swapped for Mana Regen/Debuff Duration.
for the end game t1 is that the best staff you get and what usually use for the main hand wand or staff and ty so much for all this info i am following your build also can you tell us more about how to get this equipment's and ty again
I am providing with information that are easy to obtain in this game. If i would create a build that is amazing but noone can make it because it has the best endgame items of the game it would probably be bad about everyone don't you think ? :) Talus staff is also amazing but can you fully trait it without spending money?

I am still very confused on the evasion verses endurance. man end game people are telling to build endurance? and there are guides for both?! is it true if someone has more hit than you do evasion your entire evasion gear is usless? why would you EVER build evasion if its just for "standard" attacks. who is worried about 80 dmg from a wand? are you telling me evasion only stops the "e" attack? if so evasion is absolutley useless, and I would assume endgame t1 + endurance would be king since its always useful
I will be making a video about this because many people are confused! The evasion is for both skills and autoattacks! Also your evasion has to be at least 1700-1900 without any buffs. And you can only build it for 1 type melee/ranged/magic. We are building evasion for t1 because there is not enough hit chance to reach 1300 hit. The only one that can reach it is greatsword. So if you have 500 points of difference from it (1800 melee evasion) you have 44% chance of avoidance. Now when t2 comes out things change. You go for max collision resistance and melee endurance. Hope it helped i will explain on video soon !
@Th3RuthlessDuo why can you only.build 1 there are 3 traits on all gear and you can easily stack two. So I build evasion now because there isn't good enough gear. Are the builds I see with staff wand with endurance just bad?
@@charleswood3575 you can only go for one evasion because you cannot stack 2 evasions that high to be effective.if you try to mix and match another evasion you will be missing out from other important traits. You can stack endurance if u want but you must pair it with as much collision resistance as possible. I wouldnt suggest you go that way in t1. But yet again thats my opinion and what i see working for me.
Well Staff dagger is weird lets say... You can't get oneshot if you play your evasions correctly to be honest, but then again as a glasscannon i can understand what u saying !

@@aiha9010 I don't know who makes "meta" Builds but i am definately against it. You want to play pure dps staff/wand or hybrid with heal ? Also i am in top timed leaderboards of Gate of Infinity without even using dps gear. This means the class deals a lot of damage both aoe and single target. I don't understand where the guy that told you its not meta class got his info from.
@Th3RuthlessDuo what do you think of changing the armor to shock commander chest and gloves. With trancendant hood and shoes. Keep most the evasion but get another set bonus and more max stats
@@kennyboi01 I don't like getting tankier because i loose other stats that i consider important such as buff duration cooldowns etc. I will use transcendend 2 piece set for max CD.
also you can set keybinds for using skills on yourself, even if you have an ally selected, very important for healers. i set mine to alt + the original key of the skill, like league

stay far back , take the ice thingy that gives you dashes , try to craft lequirus wand the passive will make you inv if you get below 20 % , and actually can survive and try to react to the stun by blocking . also don't forget to build as much evasion as you can especially melee evasion .
Hey man to save 5 specialization points you can take off the damage transfer on chain lightning it always transfers no matter what so take it off and see it does the same
No the one next to it is for non reduced dmg you still spec that one as long as they are wet or have frost then it bounces no matter what the only difference is it has circle lightnings that stays on the ground for alittle.. I'm pretty sure atleast I haven't seen any difference in my testing
Big question, what do you recommend when it comes to early gear. I am lvl 50 now with green and a purple gear and don’t know where to start to farm. I feel like im not fitted to go for the purple gear farm.
it is recommended from whom ? Because this would be from someone who doesn't know the game. The endurance is only when T2 Gear comes out so high end game and also with full Collision resistance in order to avoid getting forever stunned in the ground by melee toons. Until then noone can reach the amount of evasion you can reach in hit in order to challenge you. If you wanna go endurance be my guest you can do whatever you want with your toons. I give the information that i find important and tested. I do not take into consideration random people who say random things that are not tested. Evasion has been amazing for me so far and i give the information for people who play the same build as me.
First of all you are missing all the key points when you want to make a build. Here some problems you will encounter with that healing build. 1- Not enough Melee Evasion. Gs/Dagger players will have 1.3k Hit without even sweating which makes your build only has %18 Evasion against 1.3k hit melees. You can argue that you will use staff buff to get more evasion but it doesnt have %100 uptime and you will get caught alot when it's not up trust me. 2- You have legit 0 Crit with that build you wont be able to roll max dmg numbers with healing skills and it will be so inconsistent. 3- 465 hit is so low to the point using any dmg skill becomes pointless. You can just switch bow/wand at this point and go full support. But No1 and No2 still is a problem needs to be fixed. 4- You dont have any range or magic endurance to mitigate against range dps and you dont have that constant sustain bow/wand players has. In a large scale fight Bow users will will shit on you with flash waves trust me you wont even understand what happened to you once you take those heavy attacks. About your EndGame Build T1 you cant just put arc-boss drops there. It's unrealistic yes you can get universal band ring cheap cuz of all the bots farming weekly mission rewards but arc-boss armors are a whole different world you will see when we get arc-bosses. And lastly your current build why would you waste 18 points for 60 perception. You are not a dps use those points for other stats gosh im sorry but it's so dumb.
Ohh also I should not forget to mention. You are using 3 item in that healing build that they are not even IN THE GAME YET. ( Cloak / Belt / Bracelet )
I usually don't answer to tryhards like you but since you have no idea of what you are talking i will answer to your post : 1- I think you surely have positioning issues as when i play full support role i dont even get hit by greatswords. I am sorry to make it wrong for you but you definately have no idea for mass pvp, gvg , zvz. My party wouldn't even let someone come near me This is a pure support build. I do not play in the frontlines DUH. The 1500 is purely there to give me the option to dodge sns/gs IF they make it to the back line and IF they make it i use my buff. Learn the game cause you been playing it wrong. 2- I really do not need Crit at all since the passive's increase my heal so much that i do not even need to go for a 4 set which is extra 25% extra healing. Also you do not specify every situation is it arena, gvg , zvz , open world pvp ? what? In any case there has been 0 incidents of me getting outhealed. You probably need to study better on this point or you are getting outdamaged while playing your healer ? This is not the case with my toon everything works fine. 3- Why the hell would i need ANY HIT when i only use healing spells??????? THIS IS A FULL SUPPORT SPEC ! if you want to do DPS and offheal Read please, understand how the game works and read the PROPER FREAKING build. Trying to be a smartass with wrong arguments just make you look bad dude. You are commenting FOR HIT ON A PURE SUPPORT BUILD ?!?!?!!!!!!!?!?!? 4. In a large scale fight so far i rarely get caught in any flash waves, if you have positioning problems maybe i can teach you how to use the terrain around you, what parties to join etc etc. The way you are talking is like you are playing the game as melee with a healer which i wouldn't recommend :D Maybe you need to switch weapons as you seem to play the game completely wrong with the things you write ! About my endgame gear ofcourse i can put arc-boss items there as it is END GAME DUHH the title sais it. End game = arc bosses... why do i even have to explain things like this ?! And once again you are mixing the healing build with the endgame hybrid all the time.. you dont even understand what you are reading and still you are trying to do the smartass and comment so out of place if you even thought about it before commenting all these wrong things... 60 Perception on the hybrid build is because i want to kick the ass of people like you in the game who have no idea :D My hybrid build is to chase people in the open world pvp's and arena so HIT CHANCE IS A MUST ! Gosh i'm sorry but your comment is so dumb! You have understood 0 things from this video, or maybe you didn't see the video at all you just opened questlog and started commenting like a nice internet troll without having any idea of what is going on :D or there is another case of -iq . You have to understand that this is a hybrid build for solo pve/pvp play :) also its not for everyone if you dont like it you shouldnt use it ;) Everyone has his own opinion ;) Also if you would pay attention to the PVE build you would see that there is touch of Despair and vampirism for Passive heal. Also if you would read the description on wand's Q defensive ability you would see that on Successful defence you stack in every mob touch of despair! ;)
I think casters are the worst class for pvp, there's always some dude with a gs that come out of nowhere that stunlock you to do death and you can't do anything about it, pvp is absurd on this game. This class is much better to wipe many mobs at once and to support your team with heals and shields either on dungeons or vs bosses

yes . This is the 3rd build i made you just have to change for single target or Aoe. The one i showcase is Single target.

Iam only asking because iam fallowing that guide atm and if your build would be better i would have to get totally diffrent items :( my goal is to be able to solo big grups of mobs in abyss and sanctum ,etc would love to be able to solo the dungeon too, but i dont care about pvp , and it seems like all your builds with the gear are around pvp, have you seen the maxxroll pve guide if yes do you think one can solo the dungeon that you did with it ? or am i better of just changing everything to the gear that you are using? your builds are focusing on both pvp and pve right? the build that is named ( currently ) is that the build you did the dungeon solo on?

Love the video appreciate it very much. But Just curious, Why use the Umbramancer Over the Toublek Staff or even the Talus Staff? Going for Dps build, just wondering!
Good question ;) The toublek's staff extra ability gives extra crit depending on the distance you have from the target. So its good for pve because u can have max distance but not from pvp since you are almost never far from enemies or someone is always around you. On the other hand Talus staff is really good but its not easy to fully trait . Unless you are p2w and i am free 2 play still !

@@floridaboix If you can get Toublek get it. The thing is that Toublek is really good only PVE wise as i believe you can never get the benefit of max range to crit that Toublek's Offers. Also its harder to trait it unless you can afford some Lucent. If staff of Resistance is untraited then its better to go for Tubleks
I got the Talus staff yesterday with crit chance. I could max out the crit chance but its so hard to get the other traits. i had a blue staff before the talus staff, so it was a big upgrade for me xD but i didnt sell it, it was 3k worth of lucent ups. Will it be ok to have talus with maxed out chrit hit? I already have it on lvl 9. Or should i switch to another staff?@@Th3RuthlessDuo
@@lexa7590 You can use it since it has a crit chance. It is easy in the game to make lucent so it wouldn't take a lot of time before the prices in AH drop and you make some amount of lucent to unlock the other traits ! Also if you want you can use trait unlock stones eventhough i would suggest to use it on Accessories which are the most expensive right now!

I wanna use this build always use a mix of curse but i see this and i like the only problem i have is that i have my wand almost maxed Lequerius full trait and my staff is actually trash blue with any traits, i should use my wand for attack? to get the full traits of my weapon?

I have seen that the effect of "Mana Burn" is existing in the game however I don't see anyone utilising it (including you) why is that? Isn't it that effective?
I have been using it sometimes in the arena, but in order to be really effective it needs to be with Fireballs + Curses so i dont think its really doable tbh! thanks for your good words btw :)

I think with healing dps putting curses would be overcomplicated for no reason in pvp. In pve would be possible

Any reason for not stacking both Melee Evasion with Ranged Evasion OR Magic Evasion for most traits on gear? I see it being swapped for Mana Regen/Debuff Duration.
There are not enough stats to stack two evasions. In order for evasion to be effective it needs to be around 1700 or more with at least a buff.
for the end game t1 is that the best staff you get and what usually use for the main hand wand or staff and ty so much for all this info i am following your build also can you tell us more about how to get this equipment's and ty again
I am providing with information that are easy to obtain in this game. If i would create a build that is amazing but noone can make it because it has the best endgame items of the game it would probably be bad about everyone don't you think ? :) Talus staff is also amazing but can you fully trait it without spending money?

One thing I complain about in this game for staff/wands where they can dps and support and hybrid is the lack of build slots for skills, 3 is not enough.
I need a lot of builds to put in slots like pve full support, pvp full support, single target full dps, solo farming aoe dps, hybrid arena build
So I need 5 skill build slots 😅

Well my builds are not based on Curse as curses are really situational to 1vs1 because in outside world its harder to follow a curse build

I am still very confused on the evasion verses endurance. man end game people are telling to build endurance? and there are guides for both?! is it true if someone has more hit than you do evasion your entire evasion gear is usless?
why would you EVER build evasion if its just for "standard" attacks. who is worried about 80 dmg from a wand? are you telling me evasion only stops the "e" attack? if so evasion is absolutley useless, and I would assume endgame t1 + endurance would be king since its always useful
I will be making a video about this because many people are confused! The evasion is for both skills and autoattacks! Also your evasion has to be at least 1700-1900 without any buffs. And you can only build it for 1 type melee/ranged/magic. We are building evasion for t1 because there is not enough hit chance to reach 1300 hit. The only one that can reach it is greatsword. So if you have 500 points of difference from it (1800 melee evasion) you have 44% chance of avoidance. Now when t2 comes out things change. You go for max collision resistance and melee endurance. Hope it helped i will explain on video soon !

So I build evasion now because there isn't good enough gear. Are the builds I see with staff wand with endurance just bad?
@@charleswood3575 you can only go for one evasion because you cannot stack 2 evasions that high to be effective.if you try to mix and match another evasion you will be missing out from other important traits. You can stack endurance if u want but you must pair it with as much collision resistance as possible. I wouldnt suggest you go that way in t1. But yet again thats my opinion and what i see working for me.

Well Staff dagger is weird lets say... You can't get oneshot if you play your evasions correctly to be honest, but then again as a glasscannon i can understand what u saying !

@@aiha9010 I don't know who makes "meta" Builds but i am definately against it. You want to play pure dps staff/wand or hybrid with heal ? Also i am in top timed leaderboards of Gate of Infinity without even using dps gear. This means the class deals a lot of damage both aoe and single target. I don't understand where the guy that told you its not meta class got his info from.

I can't use the skills Blessed Barrier, Swift Healing and Invincible wall on myself, why?
The game has two targets. you probably have someone targeted. There is Enemy target and ally target. Pay attention to that ;)
also you can set keybinds for using skills on yourself, even if you have an ally selected, very important for healers. i set mine to alt + the original key of the skill, like league

stay far back , take the ice thingy that gives you dashes , try to craft lequirus wand the passive will make you inv if you get below 20 % , and actually can survive and try to react to the stun by blocking .
also don't forget to build as much evasion as you can especially melee evasion .
Go over 1700 melee evasion :P use ur defences earlier so u dont die during stuns

Hey man to save 5 specialization points you can take off the damage transfer on chain lightning it always transfers no matter what so take it off and see it does the same
It transfers at a reduced level, 60% or so if I remember. When you spec into it, 100% damage transfers.

No the one next to it is for non reduced dmg you still spec that one as long as they are wet or have frost then it bounces no matter what the only difference is it has circle lightnings that stays on the ground for alittle.. I'm pretty sure atleast I haven't seen any difference in my testing
Big question, what do you recommend when it comes to early gear. I am lvl 50 now with green and a purple gear and don’t know where to start to farm. I feel like im not fitted to go for the purple gear farm.
i have 2 different sets you can choose from on the Questlog links in the description. These are the most farmable ones atm
endurance is not only for tanks wtf... it is even recommended to go endurance on mages
it is recommended from whom ? Because this would be from someone who doesn't know the game. The endurance is only when T2 Gear comes out so high end game and also with full Collision resistance in order to avoid getting forever stunned in the ground by melee toons. Until then noone can reach the amount of evasion you can reach in hit in order to challenge you. If you wanna go endurance be my guest you can do whatever you want with your toons. I give the information that i find important and tested. I do not take into consideration random people who say random things that are not tested. Evasion has been amazing for me so far and i give the information for people who play the same build as me.
First of all you are missing all the key points when you want to make a build. Here some problems you will encounter with that healing build.
1- Not enough Melee Evasion. Gs/Dagger players will have 1.3k Hit without even sweating which makes your build only has %18 Evasion against 1.3k hit melees. You can argue that you will use staff buff to get more evasion but it doesnt have %100 uptime and you will get caught alot when it's not up trust me.
2- You have legit 0 Crit with that build you wont be able to roll max dmg numbers with healing skills and it will be so inconsistent.
3- 465 hit is so low to the point using any dmg skill becomes pointless. You can just switch bow/wand at this point and go full support. But No1 and No2 still is a problem needs to be fixed.
4- You dont have any range or magic endurance to mitigate against range dps and you dont have that constant sustain bow/wand players has. In a large scale fight Bow users will will shit on you with flash waves trust me you wont even understand what happened to you once you take those heavy attacks.
About your EndGame Build T1 you cant just put arc-boss drops there. It's unrealistic yes you can get universal band ring cheap cuz of all the bots farming weekly mission rewards but arc-boss armors are a whole different world you will see when we get arc-bosses.
And lastly your current build why would you waste 18 points for 60 perception. You are not a dps use those points for other stats gosh im sorry but it's so dumb.
Ohh also I should not forget to mention. You are using 3 item in that healing build that they are not even IN THE GAME YET. ( Cloak / Belt / Bracelet )
I usually don't answer to tryhards like you but since you have no idea of what you are talking i will answer to your post :
1- I think you surely have positioning issues as when i play full support role i dont even get hit by greatswords. I am sorry to make it wrong for you but you definately have no idea for mass pvp, gvg , zvz. My party wouldn't even let someone come near me This is a pure support build. I do not play in the frontlines DUH. The 1500 is purely there to give me the option to dodge sns/gs IF they make it to the back line and IF they make it i use my buff. Learn the game cause you been playing it wrong.
2- I really do not need Crit at all since the passive's increase my heal so much that i do not even need to go for a 4 set which is extra 25% extra healing. Also you do not specify every situation is it arena, gvg , zvz , open world pvp ? what? In any case there has been 0 incidents of me getting outhealed. You probably need to study better on this point or you are getting outdamaged while playing your healer ? This is not the case with my toon everything works fine.
3- Why the hell would i need ANY HIT when i only use healing spells??????? THIS IS A FULL SUPPORT SPEC ! if you want to do DPS and offheal Read please, understand how the game works and read the PROPER FREAKING build. Trying to be a smartass with wrong arguments just make you look bad dude. You are commenting FOR HIT ON A PURE SUPPORT BUILD ?!?!?!!!!!!!?!?!?
4. In a large scale fight so far i rarely get caught in any flash waves, if you have positioning problems maybe i can teach you how to use the terrain around you, what parties to join etc etc. The way you are talking is like you are playing the game as melee with a healer which i wouldn't recommend :D Maybe you need to switch weapons as you seem to play the game completely wrong with the things you write !
About my endgame gear ofcourse i can put arc-boss items there as it is END GAME DUHH the title sais it. End game = arc bosses... why do i even have to explain things like this ?!
And once again you are mixing the healing build with the endgame hybrid all the time.. you dont even understand what you are reading and still you are trying to do the smartass and comment so out of place if you even thought about it before commenting all these wrong things...
60 Perception on the hybrid build is because i want to kick the ass of people like you in the game who have no idea :D My hybrid build is to chase people in the open world pvp's and arena so HIT CHANCE IS A MUST ! Gosh i'm sorry but your comment is so dumb! You have understood 0 things from this video, or maybe you didn't see the video at all you just opened questlog and started commenting like a nice internet troll without having any idea of what is going on :D or there is another case of -iq .

1- First of all if your point is melees dont reach you , you dont have to build melee evasion which makes your build completely useless in large scale fights. This game has small scale fights , Arena , Dominion Events , Saurodoma / Night PVP if you still think melees cant reach you , enemy dont even know how to play lmao and even if thet reach you , you dont have enough melee evasion anyway.
2- If you are defending this you dont even know the game. Lil bro you are wasting so much stat/item to get extra healing % but you can get that healing with crit already. Which makes your build dumb. Who tf wants to waste so much resources to get healing % when they can get it with crit and use rest of the items to get better gear. Not a single veteran healer player is using Ascended 4 set cuz it's bad.
3- That's what I said. In your healer build you have Fireball , Mass Sleep , Icebound tomb they wont be useful cuz you have 0 Hit. We are talking the same shit but I guess you are so mad you dont even understand what you are reading. All good dw

this build isnt good, you should have Touch of Despair in PVE 100% on due to passive heal; you heal via dmg
You have to understand that this is a hybrid build for solo pve/pvp play :) also its not for everyone if you dont like it you shouldnt use it ;) Everyone has his own opinion ;) Also if you would pay attention to the PVE build you would see that there is touch of Despair and vampirism for Passive heal. Also if you would read the description on wand's Q defensive ability you would see that on Successful defence you stack in every mob touch of despair! ;)

I think casters are the worst class for pvp, there's always some dude with a gs that come out of nowhere that stunlock you to do death and you can't do anything about it, pvp is absurd on this game. This class is much better to wipe many mobs at once and to support your team with heals and shields either on dungeons or vs bosses
