    If most people would eat at least 3-4 times per week the kind of food you are cooking, there would be much less unnecessary and evitable deaths from heart disease and cancer. Keep it up and thank you!

    Made this today for I think the 4th time. Crushed up the peas about 50%. Wife and I both think it made a major texture improvement.
    Added mushrooms again also. So good.

    Just made this and swapped the sweet smoked paprika with spicy smoked one, and it was amazing!
    As I try to reduce my meat consumption, love your recipes!

    Ok. So this is my second comment. I just made this for my son before he leaves to work. He absolutely loved it. I think it's fantastic and his brothers took big ol spoonfuls and asked me to make more. Wow! Albert, you're look of yum at the end of your videos is what sells me to make so many of your recipes!     Made this for dinner last night. Quick , easy and delicious. Husband asked me to put this on my 'keep' list. I am considering making this into an emergency meal using dried veggies and canned chickpeas and tomato sauce. Won't be as good as fresh but will work in a pinch when we lose our hydro and need to cook on a camp stove.

    Made this today for breakfast. Used canned tomatoes since my fresh romas are flavorless and out of season. Added some mushrooms in with the onion and garlic, since they needed to be used up. Fresh Malabar spinach. Topped with parm. Used smoked Spanish paprika, since it's what I had. And an extra egg.
    VERY good.

      @@SpainonaFork Made again today, with fresh turmeric in with the onions and garlic. Not bad at all. Next time I'm going to crush the beans a bit just to see what happens.

    Hi Albert, I LOVE your recipes but I cannot STAND CHICKPEAS/GARBONZO BEANS, I love spinach and I love eggs. What do you think would be a good sub for that which I LOATH(chickpeas/garbanzo beans)? Yes I know they are healthy and they are a 'superfood' but I JUST CAN'T DO IT, YUCK. Otherwise keep up the good work and Bless You and yours.

    I found this out of balance being too sweet from spinach, tomato sauce, and paprika. Too lean to.
    I needed yolk with every bite to balance
    Had to eat it on baguette and butter.

    He visto tus vídeos sobre cocina española y tengo que decirte que ninguno de los que has cocinado se hacen de esa forma en España.
    Puede que estén buenos, pero no los llames recetas españolas, y es un pecado ver como haces la tortilla de patatas.
