I would say it’s about 2 years, but if you go off of T then the girth will shrink. When I went back on T I would swear that I got an additional 1/2 inch but it could just be the fact I was excited about being back on T. Even my partner noticed the difference in girth, so maybe it’s not in my head, who knows.
That’s the thing with test it’s hard to differentiate between placebo - what was there all along and true changes, but hey it’s kind of all the same outcome. I’ve heard that it doesn’t shrink down but when it comes to this it really is person to person. Thanks for watching !!

tmi but its very attached stillto the... rest and it pisses me off cos I think the growth can be stunted cos of the attachment. A friend of mine (ftm too) has been able to gently cut those attachments and let the growth give more freedom to sit and honestly, I need that but idk how to cos I dont want to cut myself down stairs.... Its cos for some bottom surgery isnt so accessible.
I think it depends but it can have to do with the attachment in the underside of the growth and it can cause it to be stuck idk. It feels freaking annoying sometimes cos its like it wants to grow but it cant like a cactus stuck in a mini pot lol
Honestly bro I know it sucks but I would heavily heavily advise against doing that! Besides the pain aspect that is extremely unsterile and can and will probably lead to infection. There’s a reason why these procedures are taken so seriously, be careful homie !
I think I'm done growing (2 years on T), and I've measured 1.5 -1.8 inches when not aroused. I haven't had bottom surgery yet, but my doc said the bottom surgery that I chose, could release up to .5 inch. So after bottom surgery (there's many combinations of options for bottom surgery). I'll have about 2 inches and be able to stand to pee, without a prosthetic

Bottom growth is the clitoris growing whereas pee comes from the urethra. So I don't believe trans men can unless they have a STP packer, surgery or practice angles with hands.
