It is a cauliflower mushroom (Sparassis crispa). It is edible and delicious. Cauliflower mushroom taste very similar to snow fungus/白木耳 (Tremella fuciformis), but they are not the same species.
It looks a bit like The Dandeong Ranges just out of Melbourne. Good to see Andrew along for the trip, not counting travel sickness. Catch you next week mate😁😁

太平山always foggy after 1pm
日據時代殖民時台灣的樟樹跟很多樹被輸出到日本。路牌拿起來後 再放回去 方向要放對喔 ,如果放錯方向 很危險的。另外,推薦你們可以去嘉明湖喔. 超棒
