Quality as usual.
Interesting bit of grass that randomly appeared out the catcher on the front.
It seems to vibrate to the left with the motor running while its sitting (I moved the camera) it falls into the reel and builds up as you move along it slowly all falls out haha

yardempire.com.au/product/idech-power-rotary-scissors-prs/ this is a link to the "PRS" that I use. There is no guide as such but it will happily sit along the concrete with out fuss

When you hit that tif tuff in the garden bed with round up will it affect the lawn that it came from.

how r you sir just want to ask what pre emergent/weed control do you use on yr zoysia australis and do you spot spray it or blanket spray
It's looking great Brenton. Can I ask why you dedicate so much beautiful lawn area to the streetscape that I'm guessing you wouldn't see/enjoy from the house? Is that the setback for where you live?
Yeah on these larger lots the setback is a little further than normal in the end the backyard will come together also

The trees are an ornamental pear, Chanticleer or Cleveland are the commonly available variants.
Exactly what Phil said, They are Cleveland Select the ground cover is Gazania Tometosa
