The god that I used to believe in was nothing like the True God.The god I used to worship was a god that I controlled, a god that did things the way that I would do things, but alas, this god did not exist.

when I came to Jesus, by the Father drawing me...I was atheist but through the years..life issues, trials and troubles..had brought me to my knees. I became more of an agnostic and eventually I was willing to take up an offer to go to church. you'd think I wouldve hardened my heart more and become more of an atheist...I eventually agreed to go to church..but had no real belief id have a heart change and given a desire to serve Jesus as Lord by the Holy Spirit. 2005 I became a born again Christian a year after leaving the military and I praise God for the working of His amazing grace in my life.

These videos are the true blessing. R.C. Sproul is one of my favourite pastors-teachers. But we definitely are Christians firstly and then Calvinists. Knowledge is so important, but debating with the Arminian bretheren with love is more important. Greetings from Ukraine (Evangelical Reformed Presbyterian church of Odesa).

God's word is timeless and just as Paul was able to scribe the word 2000 years ago, understanding it better via these videos is a blessing. That’s a great way of seeing it. I also think of it this way, when we are unregenerate, we have only tasted the bitter water that sin can provide. We know nothing of the sweet and refreshing water that God provides until He has first given us a drink of it. The living water God provides is something He gives, not something we take. Once we’ve tasted, resistance is not even a thought to ponder.

Amen, Ramson. I've been a believer for twenty years, and for the first ten I didn't even know about the doctrines of grace until I began questioning Ephesians 1:4 and Romans 9. These Bible verses bothered me because I felt as if I had no "control" over my own salvation. It led to a nearly two year study of these doctrines. But even before this happened, when I would give my testimony about my salvation, I would say, "And when the pastor showed me the gospel from the Bible, there was something inside me that couldn't say no." I was saying this before I ever heard of reformed theology. I had the gospel presented to me so many times before I was saved and never felt that way until the day the Lord saved me. Now I know it was that effectual call where my heart was changed and I now obeyed the gospel that I couldn't and wouldn't obey before.
Sinful man will always resist the general call of gracious salvation because the nature of man hates God (John 15:18-23). Yet when that Spirit moves to make you alive at a moment that is still mysterious to us in many ways (John 3:8), we will hear that call and respond, not unlike the dead Lazarus made alive first before he could heed the call of Jesus. Lazarus couldn't do anything because he was dead; he had to be made alive first and then he responded. It happened all at once. That is what happens to sinners when God has made us alive from our spiritual deadness; we hear Him call because He is our shepherd and we are His sheep (John 10:27-30). All glory to God for His salvation from start to finish.

Faith is not an attribute of man, but a gift from GOD. Because it is a fruit of the HOLY SPIRIT, therefore apart from Him, man cannot believe. It's not in His nature. "No one seeks for GOD. No, not even one." And, "no one can come to me except the FATHER draws Him."
    What a blessing today!

Many like to quote John 1:12 but always ignore John 1:13 which clearly tells us that God is the one doing everything.

Sproul never denied that whosoever believes will not perish but have everlasting life. To say that Sproul denies this is to either be ignorant of what it teaches or to lie point blank. If you believe, you will be saved. Guaranteed. Where you go wrong, and I’m not trying to be mean, is not ultimately understanding that dead means dead. One isn’t even neutral in their deadness. They’re blinded by the god of this age that they cannot see the light of the gospel. You teach that while dead, they can see the light of the gospel and believe in it. I’ll add too, and this applies to me too, while we are called to be adults in our thinking, sometimes our job is to simply believe, not understand.

Faith is the substance (mass) that the (gravity) of grace compels to come.

How does regeneration precede faith? Regeneration is when you are born of the Spirit; when the Spirit dwells in you. The Spirit didn't come until Acts. What about all the faith in the OT that preceded regeration? Or the faith of Cornelius before the Spirit fell on Gentiles? (I'm genuinely asking this because it is a point I'm hung on.)

    • @Terror1Void

It starts at total depravity, or total inability. Romans 1 to 3, Ephesians 2 and Colossians 1.
Man cannot have saving faith with his heart of stone because being in the flesh means you can't please god, unable to submit to his law (Romans 8).
John 8 has Jews in it that believe on Christ, yet Christ calls them sons of the devil.

**If a man has the ability to do good and still chooses to do wrong he is far more depraved than a man who CAN’T do good.**
Mankind is without excuse precisely because we all have been offered this free gift of salvation and we all have the freedom to either accept it or reject it.
The greatest excuse that anyone could ever have when standing before God on Judgement Day would be be that, “well Lord you didn’t choose me...”
Reformed theology gives mankind the greatest excuse and so must be rejected.
Dead is NEVER SHOWN in the scriptures to mean MORAL INABILITY to respond to God’s truth.
Dead means SPIRITUALLY SEPARATED from the presence of God due to sin and the only way to get into His presence is through Christ.
**If we were actually dead as reformers portray then we wouldn’t even be able to sin!**
When speaking metaphorically of deadness it’s never described as a morally incapacitated condition from birth due to the Fall, but instead as a condition of being separated from God by our own rebellion.
Scripture supports a totally depraved man that is spiritually separated from God and obviously unable to save Himself.
This does NOT mean man is totally incapable of responding to Him.
Dead does not relate to your “ability” but to your RELATIONSHIP.

@@apilkey so let me get this straight. Jesus begins a thought in John 6 and waits to finish it in John 12? Hmm am I really the one who struggles with context? So let me get this straight. Jesus said "no one can come to me unless the father draws him" but he didnt stop there "and I will raise him up on the last day" theres no distinction made between the one that is drawn and the one that is raised. Do you believe everyone is going to be raised up on the last day? If you do then congratulations youre a univsalist. Now lets examine John 12 and see what going there. In verse 19 we see the pharisees are upset with Jesus as usual. Why are they upset this time? Because "the whole world had gone after him". Now why is this an issue? Because to the pharisees the messiah was only for the jews, not the gentiles. It explains further that there were some greeks who wanted to follow Jesus who Jesus then began ministering too. In the middle of that he says he will draw all men too him. Now contextually it would appear Jesus is correcting the misconception that he was ONLY the jewish messiah. Nah this cant be the case. Clearly im wrong. Clearly Jesus begins his thought telling the jews no one can come but then doesnt even bother finishing that thought until that crowd had left him and too a completely different crowd. Cause I know thats how I like to communicate to people. I tell one group one half of my thought on a certain subject then wait til they leave and finish with an entirely new group of people. Clearly this how we are supposed to do exegesis.

But don't stop there, read what he said to his disciples. Do you want to leave to? And they answer him. We believe you are the Holy One of God. Jesus response to this BELIEF is to say "Did I not choose you 12"? So lets examine the contrast here. Jesus answer disbelievers with "you cant come". He answers his believers with "I chose you". Wow it seems like youre the one here cherry picking and ignoring context.

@@apilkey I KNOW that God will save ANY and ALL persons who would freely believe ON (trust) Christ as their Savior. However, His election is NOT contingent on that person's choice. "Election" is God's choice made in eternity past BEFORE there was ANYONE. His choice is sovereign, dependent ONLY on the good pleasure of his will. It is an error do believe that God "elected" anyone to salvation through Christ because He "foresaw" that they would "choose" to trust Christ as their Savior. If YOU personally trust in the redemptive power of Jesus Christ for your salvation, THEN you WILL BE saved and know FOR certain that you are one of the elect. If you DO NOT make that choice, THEN you are NOT someone who God "elected", and you will be LOST. The miracle of "grace" IS that God "elected" ANYONE to salvation, for "all have sinned and fallen short." God therefore was NEVER under any obligation to save ANY sinner. As I see it, the mistake in the line of reasoning that leads to the Reformed doctrine of election is the assumption that God’s grace must be irresistible. It’s one thing to say that humans won’t believe in Christ without the Holy Spirit and quite another thing to claim that with the Holy Spirit humans must believe. The Holy Spirit will bring us to the point where we can believe, but never to a point where we must believe. So, if we do believe, it is all credited to God’s grace, working through the Spirit. If we refuse, however, it’s our own fault. Does this view in any way compromise the claim that salvation is 100% by grace? Does it leave room for anyone to take any credit for their salvation? I don’t see how it does. The Bible gives us warnings to not resist the Holy Spirit (e.g. Acts 7:51; Eph 4:30; Heb 3:7-8)

King Saul, anointed of God, received the Holy Spirit TWICE (1 Samuel 10:6-13, 16:14, 19:21-24, 24:10, 26:23). And yet chose to do evil.
Adam and Eve when they were sinless, chose to know evil through their God given freewill.
Sproul believes God has freewill and when God decided to create man in His likeness and image, suddenly, an atheist has freewill to disbelieve God but has no freewill to believe God.
A muslim has freewill to ask forgiveness from anyone but has no freewill to believe in God upon hearing the Word. He has freewill to believe in Islam or allah but has no freewill to believe in God.
Calvinism has to remove freewill in their “irresistible grace” doctrine to fit their philosophical cunundrum they have created. You will never find a passage that says “irresistible grace” in the entirety of the Scripture.
This Calvinism is based from John Calvin’s created doctrine that God Himself “reprobated” many to damnation along with predestining others to being chosen. Calvin chose to damn God by saying that He Himself created and authored evil in Calvin’s difficulty understanding with election, and presestination passages in Romans , Ephesians and elsewhere. Calvinism is the exact description of Colossians 2 about being a deceptive empty philosophy, man made religion, according to tradition of men and basic world principles that have an appearance of wisdom and humility “yet none are of any value for stopping indulgence of the flesh.”
John Calvin, the Calvinist’s super hero, when he was ruler of Geneva, has Michael Servetus, a Spanish physician and theologian, seized and burned alive in Oct 27, 1533. He in fact wanted him beheaded. And dor what...for disagreeing Calvin.
So Calvinists are so deluded think that they honor God by calling Him evil.

Regeneration comes after faith because of the receiving of Holy Spirit! Only during our regeneration and washing of the Spirit can we please and glorify God! I don't think God will make us or force us to repent, but only His kindness "might" lead us to repentance! noticed the word "might"? Yes, because few people repents of their sin. We always neglect God's kindness till few have repented. If God loves the cheerful giver(and we are not always a cheerful giver), will He make us a cheerful giver so that He will love us? Now that we’ve listened to a man’s OPINION let’s look at straight SCRIPTURE and see what the Word of God says and hang what this man says in the balance and see if he comes out wanting.
We need to ask ourselves what does God’s Word day?
Is scripture actually your true authority or is a man made systematic?
Scripture is clear you have to RECEIVE God’s saving grace that’s available to ALL.
Receiving something in faith is NOT meritorious.
You have to believe that THROUGH THE GRACE PROVIDED you will be saved:
    ACTS 15:11
11 But WE BELIEVE THAT THROUGH THE GRACE of the Lord Jesus Christ WE SHALL BE SAVED, EVEN AS THEY.
We have to RECEIVE the grace of God that’s AVAILABLE TO ALL in Titus 2:11.
...According to Romans 5:17 we receive the abundance of God’s grace BY FAITH:
    ROMANS 5:17
17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; MUCH MORE THEY WHICH RECEIVE ABUNDANCE OF GRACE and of the gift of righteousness SHALL REIGN IN LIFE by one, Jesus Christ.)
Q: WHO shall reign in life?
A: Those who RECEIVE the abundance of GRACE.
    ************************************
... According to Jonah 2:8 you can forsake the mercy that’s been made available to you:
    JONAH 2:8
8 They that observe lying vanities forsake their OWN mercy.
Mercy is available to ALL but we can choose to reject it.
    They had their OWN mercy.
    It was theirs.
    They had it.
    They forsook what was theirs.
    ************************************
...According to Hebrews 10:29 there will be those whom the Spirit of grace was offered to but they refused to enter in and instead trampled Christ underfoot.
They did this DESPITE the Spirit of grace that they indeed had:
    HEBREWS 10:29
29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and HATH DONE DESPITE UNTO THE SPIRIT OF GRACE?
    ************************************
... It’s clear in 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 the very reason that some are not saved and perish.
It’s simply and unarguably because THEY RECEIVED NOT the love of the truth.
Not because it wasn’t offered to them but because they freely chose not to receive the gracious offer initiated by God and therefore are legitimately without excuse:
    2 THESSALONIANS 2:10-12
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; BECAUSE THEY RECEIVED NOT the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And FOR THIS CAUSE God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned WHO BELIEVED NOT THE TRUTH, BUT HAD PLEASURE IN UNRIGHTEOUSNESS.
    ************************************
... According to John 12:48 mankind will be judged based on receiving or rejecting God’s word.
It makes a mockery of God’s Justice if we will be judged on something we are completely unable to respond to:
    JOHN 12:48
48 HE THAT REJECTETH ME, AND RECEIVETH NOT MY WORDS, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
    ************************************
... According to Acts 13:46 there were some who put the word of God sway from themselves and judged THEMSELVES unworthy of eternal life:
    ACTS 13:46
46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: BUT SEEING YE PUT IT FROM YOU, AND JUDGE YOURSELVES UNWORTHY OF EVERLASTING LIFE, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.
    ************************************
...According to Romans 13:2 those that RESIST what’s available to them (the power and ordinance of God) receive damnation:
    ROMANS 13:2
2 WHOSOEVER THEREFORE RESISTETH THE POWER, RESISTETH THE ORDINANCE OF GOD: AND THEY THAT RESIST SHALL RECEIVE TO THEMSELVES DAMNATION.
    ************************************
... According to Acts 7:52 those with stiff necks RESISTED the Holy Ghost:
    ACTS 7:51
51 Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, YE DO ALWAYS RESIST THE HOLY GHOST: AS YOUR FATHERS DID, SO DO YE.
    ************************************
... According to 1 Thessalonians 5:19 one can QUENCH the Holy Spirit:
    1 THESSALONIANS 5:19
    19 QUENCH NOT THE SPIRIT.
    ************************************
... According Ephesians 4:30 one can GRIEVE the Holy Spirit:
    EPHESIANS 4:30
30 And GRIEVE NOT THE HOLY SPIRIT of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
    ************************************
...Here’s the BIBLICAL doctrine of Grace:
    It’s just simply called GRACE.
    Not prevenient, not anything else.
    Just simply GRACE.
    SAVING GRACE.
Titus 2:11 clearly states God’s SAVING GRACE has appeared to ALL men.
    TITUS 2:11
11 FOR THE GRACE OF GOD THAT BRINGETH SALVATION HATH APPEARED TO ALL MEN,
Not just grace but SAVING grace.
    Grace that BRINGETH SALVATION.
    ************************************
Q: WHO has this SAVING grace appeared to?
    A: ALL men.
...Not all me are saved so obviously we can reject this gracious option:
    2 THESSALONIANS 2:10
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; BECAUSE THEY RECEIVED NOT the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Yes regeneration (by grace) precedes faith (a gift of grace) Moreover, verses, which appear to assert "Justified by Faith" (Rom 3:28, 5:1, Gal 2:16, 3:11, 3:24) have been mistranslated, and should have more properly translated, and contextually-consistent as: "Justified by a faithfulness", thereby removing apparent contradictions with, "justified by the Blood of Jesus (Rom 5:9 ), or the faithfulness of Jesus (Rom 3:24) justified by grace (Titus 3:7), and not justified by faith alone (Jam 2:24).

Why would God leave a person's eternal destiny upto the man? People go to hell for not being clever enough to save themselves? God is judging people and he grants salvation and belief to those who are ashamed after their sin. Those who have no shame show themselves to be evil. You cannot escape or take God's grace. If he gives it you will be transformed and given the Holy Spirit. If there are no Christians around (like in tribal jungle areas) you will just be saved at your judgement by grace. The only way a person can go to heaven is if they gain and keep God's grace. Grace causes belief. Belief does not cause grace.

The "drawing" of Jn 6:44 is misleading, and decreases the sovereignty of God toward the Arminian "wooing". The proper rendering of the verb, "Elkuo" is "drag" as in dragging reluctant fish or reluctant prisoners. The verb means to use whatever force is required to achieve the desired outcome, consistent with the absolute and complete sovereignty of God. This verse is one of many verses, in which the sovereignty of God in the Greek text is watered down by biased Arminian translators.

Dr. Sproul may say that God doesn't "drag" or "compel" sinners to come to Christ against their will, but that they come freely.
But what he doesn't say is that God, by changing a person's will and nature by regeneration, is literally changing them against their will. God changes their nature and will irresistibly, and then they have the freedom to resist (because they're regenerated) but they never would resist, so they always come willingly. But they only come willingly after they've had their nature changed against their will and nature...

@@iacoponefurio1915 True. But that only makes moral sense in a non-Calvinistic, non-deterministic paradigm.
In the Calvinist worldview, those people, even though they are drawn, are never brought to repentance -- NOT because they refuse to repent as if they could have repented-- but because they were never regenerated unconditionally-- even worse, they were salvific-ly hated before they ever even did anything self-righteous or sinful. Their whole lives, including all their selfishness, sinful desires, and self-righteousness, came not ultimately from themselves, but was pre-determined by God.
      THAT'S THE PROBLEM-- Determinism.
The problem is not with the scriptures here, which say Christ draws all men, and that God truly loves the world enough to send His son to die for all of their sins-- even the unrepentant. The problem is the Calivinistic view that God determines even the sinful desires of man, and pre-condemns them for those determined desires and actions.
That's not scripture. That's not even Gospel. That's neo-Gnosticism and neo-Manichaeanism and should be firmly rejected for the sake of the honor and glory of Christ.

Harry William I couldn’t help but notice you misquoted John 6:44 and left out the word “can”.
Here this is what it actually says:
      JOHN 6:44
44 No man CAN come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
Drawing gets a man TO Christ, it does not get a person IN Christ.
Believing in FAITH gets you IN Christ.
      DRAW does not equal conversion
      Calvinists remove the word “can”
and say,”no one come(s) to me.”
John 6:44 clearly shows that man has the ABILITY to come because it says “CAN” come.
So if the Father draws them then they CAN come.
Q: Does the Father draw ALL amen or only some men?
      A: JOHN 12:32
32 And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw ALL people to myself.”
      Sentence is: MAN/CAN/COME
      Modified by: NO/EXCEPT
      DRAWS HIM.
When the Father Draws, the RESULT is that man CAN come.
      Questions:
      Are they forced to come?
      Do they come?
      Doesn’t say.
      CAN they come?
      Yes.
      ************************************
      JOHN 6:65
65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that NO MAN CAN COME UNTO ME, EXCEPT IT WERE GIVEN UNTO HIM OF MY FATHER.
      Q: Was it given?
A: It WAS GIVEN in John 6:32,33,51
It was also GIVEN in John 1:9 and
      2 Corinthians 5:18-20
      JOHN 6:32,33
32 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but MY FATHER GIVETH YOU THE TRUE BREAD FROM HEAVEN.
33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and GIVETH LIFE UNTO THE WORLD.

King Saul, anointed of God, received the Holy Spirit TWICE (1Samuel 10:6-13, 16:14, 19:21-24, 24:10, and 26:23). And yet chose to do evil.
Adam and Eve when they were sinless, chose to know evil and chose to disobey God by eating from the Tree of the Knowledge using their God given freewill.
Sproul believes that God has freewill and when God decided to create man in His image and likeness, suddenly an atheist has freewill to disbelieve God but has no freewill to believe in God.
A muslim has freewill to ask for forgiveness from anyone but has no frewill to believe in God upon hearing His Word. He has freewill to believe in Islam or allah but has no freewill to believe in God.
Calvinism has to remove freewill in their “irresistible grace” doctrine to fit their philosophical cunundrum they have created. You will never ever find a passage that says “irresistible grace” in the entirety of the Scripture.
This Calvinism is based from John Calvin’s created doctrine that God Himself “reprobated” many to damnation along with predestining others to being chosen. Calvin chose to damn God’s holy character, defaming and profaning His Name by saying that He Himself created and authored evil in Calvin’s difficulty with understanding foreknowledge, election, predestination passages in Romans, Ephesians, and elsewhere. Calvinism is the exact description of Colossians 2 about being a deceptive empty philosophy, man made religion according to tradition of men and basic principles that have an appearance of wisdom and humility “yet none are of any value for stopping the indulgence of the flesh (v 23).”
John Calvin, the Calvinists’ super hero, when he was ruler of Geneva, had Michael Servetus, a Spanish theologian and physician, seized and burned alive in Oct. 27, 1533. He in fact wanted him beheaded. And for what...for disagreeing Calvin in some doctrine. So, Calvinists are so deluded that they think they are honoring God and yet call Him evil as well.
If you were the father or brother or mother or sister of Michael Servetus, would you embrace Calvinism?

D Prince said in several of his teachings, he received Baptism in the Holy Spirit in the middle of the night before even having any knowledge of the Bible. That this experience radically changed his life.
In this respect I have experienced the same situation without having started studied the Bible and heard about him. I experienced an intense and supernatural manifestation at 03:00 am that woke me up, without understanding the real meaning of it. But I was already personally convinced of the existence of God as Creator. Later, I realized I was deist somehow, but not able to relate Him (God) with the Bible.
Anyhow, this manifestation dragged me forwards to really start reading the Bible and follow teachings of the Scripture on Internet.
Sometime later I was born again by listening to the sermon "The Holy Spirit as Guide" by D Prince ; by receiving the revelation and understanding the message, meanings and implications of Christ's blood sacrifice on the Cross.
Then I changed and really engaged a forgiving step into my life. I became thoroughly dissociated from the world.
And sometime later I stepped into a true repentance process by being reminded about teachings from the Bible and being able to apply them into my own life.
I also asked my self about the need to get baptised in water ; but I was reminding my Catholic background (from which I had no understanding at all and turned away at the age of 11), I assumed I had already been baptized short after my birth.
At the light of the Scripture and lectures, my individual process to the Lord looks really chaotic & atypical, now.
All this took place in a period of 3 to 4 years but was preceded by a strong desire of knowledge of truth and equity, and by trying to understand what was really going on on earth...
But now, I'm deeply granting God in Thanksgivings for His infinite love and mercy. Since I really understood I lived in complete darkness by being spiritually a dead person by not realising I was a creature of God.
Thank you God for your Work of redemption through your Son Jesus Christ.

Luk 7:29 And all the people that heard him, and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with the baptism of John.
30 But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him.
      Faith comes before regeneration.....
Rom 5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
I don't understand how people can believe in this doctrine.

I'm certain Jesus must be grieved when He hears people say he only died for the "elect".
Calvinism was first articulated by Augustine (a Roman Catholic) in the 4th century.
So, the Church did quite well for 300 years without this doctrine.
The Biblical doctrine of salvation is best described by the “Corporate View of Election”
or the “Provisionalist Salvation Doctrine”. Don’t look to be right; look to find truth.

So lets assume that Christ died for every person ever born. Will every person ever born then have eternal life after death because they can say "Christ died for me" or will only those that were born again by God and drawn to Christ by God (John 3:3 & John 6:44) have eternal life?

Grace is resistible, 1 Cor 215 The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human judgments, 16 for, “Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?”[d] But we have the mind of Christ. You can only resistance to the things you know. RC said that those who resist are not born again (quicken). To say that reprobate resist is illogical because they don't know what are they resisting. We can only resist something that we very well known. That is why everybody is born again. For you cannot believed unless you're born again. There is no way. Some just ignore what was revealed to them. They chose to be independent of God. John 6:44,65 are time lined, this was before the cross, when all are dead in sins. But after the cross all became alive (spiritual), there's no need for God to qualify anyone.

If a lost soul has absolutely no ability to respond to the gospel of God's grace, then why does the God of the Bible command ALL MEN everywhere to REPENT and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ???
Is God insincere, full of guile, and a vile deciever???
Does the holy and just God of the Bible condemn and decree billions of souls to an eternal Hell for not responding to the gospel??? Is this lack of response not exactly
what CALVINISMS false god has PREDESTINED these dammed (before birth) souls to do???
BEWARE of the deadly flower of TULIP CALVINISM. It is doctrines of devils.
You have been warned in love and concern for your souls.

That’s not a misconception. In Calvinism a person will go to heaven because God forces them. RC was a great man and he explains things in a nice way but it doesn’t change the doctrine. In Calvinism you are going to Heaven if he says so and you are going to Hell if he says so. This decreed before you were ever conceived. Nothing in the New Testament teaches that God makes you born again before you call on the Name of Jesus. Nonsense, nicely explained with eloquence but nonsense anyway.

Ephesians 1:4 For He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world.
Before there was a world, a choice was made and that choice precedes anything any human being did.

*Irresistible grace is only one of the nonsenses embedded in calvinism.* The Word is very very clear when says we can resist the Holy Spirit. Grace is by definition a gift. A gift is always something we can decline. If not, it's not a gift.
