I hated them for it to at first until l realized Butchie was all in on OMAR'S robberies. Butchie wasn't innocent and like PROP JOE, got what was coming to him.

Chris was smarter.
Marlo went after Omar to take his rep. Chris warned him that Avon and String tried to before him and ended up looking weak. In the end, Marlo got Omar and STILL looked weak.
Marlo never got Omar, a kid got Omar lol

@@renzopeterson153nah Marlo might not have went to prison but in his mind he lost. He wanted the reputation that Omar had. He was never the legend Omar was. Marlo’s last scene does a great job depicting how his story ended. Nobody knew his name and he was the king of an empty street. If anything Avon is the winner in all of it. He has Slim Charles run things while he finishes his sentence then he comes home and take back over most likely.

Butchie dying like this. Think back to one of his early scenes where he's talking with some old guys about kingpins from back in the day. It's like the show always said, the new school has no love for the old school and they're way more ruthless.

The scene where Omar ask Butchie (what you see Butchie) - then Butchie said (too dam much) - that is the scene that I always think about when they killed Butchie - Because Butchie already knew how this shit was going to end

Is it just me or do the reactions of Chris to each of Marlo's hit orders reflect how he feels about them?
Franklin's crew: Chris nods. That's the way of business. Take our package, step off, and get run off. Makes sense.
Clipping Junebug: No physical reaction. He knows that's how Marlo be, over the top or not. Orders are orders.
Omar: Immediately turns his head away. Not too excited about this job.
Chris was shook of Omar, not Wee Bey or Bird though.

People can say what they'd like but Chris was semi shook of Omar, not straight scared but he definitely didn't want any problems with Omar. Wee bey and Bird wanted all the smoke with Omar though. On another note, Cheese and Prop Joe for that matter got what they deserved.
