1 GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
1 CUP CUT STRAWBERRIES (CUBED, NOT MASHED)
8 OZ BLOCK OF CREAM CHEESE (ROOM TEMP)
1/2 STICK BUTTER (ROOM TEMP)

1/4 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
16 OZ. COOL WHIP TOPPING

This is so much like the one I make, but I use crushed pineapple, toasted coconut, chopped walnuts and french vanilla pudding. You can also use Vanilla Ice Cream instead of cool whip.
Nxt time try toasted hazel nuts....

It was just something I tryed.. ginger snap cookie crust and mascarpone cream cheese...real vanilla that you split an scrap... coconut 🥥 palm sugar.... Just my recipe
@@harlembofill4206 I use gingersnaps for crust on my Pumpkin Cheesecake, so yes. I cannot find mascarpone in my area, it is amazing what I cannot find in the mountains of West Virginia. But I make my pie/desserts and always get asked for recipes. I always feel like a cheater, and if I could say "mascarpone" they would think it is fanci-er. But honestly I get told I must bring this to events. Imagine tossing ideas around in a real kitchen...you and I could whip up some interesting versions. I do not know how to "just make the recipe", my mad scientist comes out.

I made one with Blueberries, one with Strawberries and Blueberries putting a layer of filling then the blueberry and strawberry then the rest of the cream cheese. I've also put Real Whip Cream just on top. This recipe is to die for. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH

Hey ladies, did the whipping cream work for this pie. I cannot stand cool whip. The pie looks good except for that one part.
It was really good. We didn't use gelatin & didn't refrigerate 24 hours. It was a little like mousse. We will definitely make it again.
