Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie Ingredients
Homemade Crust Ingredients
10 - 12 whole graham Crackers (1 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup Sugar
1/3 cup melted Butter
***NOTE***
Can use a ready made crust, 9"
Pie Ingredients
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temp
1 14 oz. can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Topping Ingredients
10 - 12 Strawberries, sliced
1 can of Redi-Whip
1/3 cup of sugar sprinkled over the strawberries

This is a really good easy recipe. I have made it with 2 blocks of cream cheese for a thicker pie. Or, take a jar of hot fudge and slightly warm it. Spread a thick layer in the bottom of the crust, add the cream cheese filling. Then drizzle a little more hot fudge on top of the strawberries and whipped cream. Call it Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pie. The layer of fudge and cream cheese looks pretty when you slice it.
This has been the only video that's made me hungry before I've even watched it...

Wow you're making it almost exactly like I used to make it for my kids when they were little. Except a lot of times I would use the canned Cherry filling. But I love the fresh strawberry idea. Yum yum! I like the way you just get to it also. We don't need to listen to five or ten minutes of build up to cooking. LOL

This looks like it'd be amazing. I have to compliment you on your explanations and technique. I like how you take the time to explain little things like bowl position for filling the crust, or how to form the crust, or even using the plastic cover as a lid. This is something you pick up with experience, but spelling it out is helpful for people who are learning to cook. It makes the process just a little easier and I think it's the mark of a great teacher. Thanks for your content, and I'm already looking forward to the next one!
