Title: Why do students have anxiety in online class
Why did you choose the topic?
I chose this topic because I knew I could explain it throughout this discussion. Since the pandemic, more students have been under pressure and ended up in depression. Students find it more difficult to learn new knowledge, and even when they're just sitting in front of the computer, they feel physically exhausted. Virtual learning stress is real, and both students and teachers might experience worry and stress as a result of it. The audience, as well as the possibility of negative feedback from that audience, might make us nervous. And the listeners may be physically or almost present. This brings us to the somewhat awkward situation of speaking in rows of small boxes on a screen in a video hook-up. I also chose this topic because I know I can share it with students experiencing anxiety during this pandemic and distance learning.
