This song is amazing ... fun fact ... the producer for this song was Norman Whitfield, who was famous when it came to Motown and their sound in the 1960's and 1970's. His way with string arrangements were just out of this world. Two more songs to consider (if you haven't already) is "I Wanna Get Next To You" and "Car Wash" by the same group. Great song from a great band with so many other great songs to hear. Gwen Dickey was the original female singer of this band........and in my book the only one that matters. She was later replaced by whatshername.
