RECIPE FOR APPLE BUTTER
6 Lbs. Variety of Apples
2 Cups Apple Cider
1 Cup Honey
2 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground Nutmeg
1/4 C. Lemon Juice
