The music industry is single-driven nowadays... albums are archaic. The typical music listener doesn’t have the patience to listen to a 40-50 minute album anymore, nor do the “artists” have the talent to create GOOD SOLO LP.
No 95% of rappers aren’t good or great songwriters. Songwriting is a big aspect of being an artist. Unfortunately most rapper are not artistes but rappers.

Tyga breaking up with Kylie was a serious blessing. She legit sucked the energy out of anything he did💔🙏😎🎺🎹🎶
Brian Sikhira facts bro. Sometimes you might think a female will improve you but they might make you fall. Walk alone
Brian Sikhira ok
Or how about the fact that Tyga hid a relationship with a fucking teenager until she turned 18. That really put a dent in his career and no one could take him seriously BUT he did turn that shit around and had a huge come back when after they broke up. It was in his best interest to leave that girl and not have his name attached to that family.

Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer might not be performing, but they get a really nice check every year on royalties.
that's why they stopped performing
well Vanilla ice fell off in hip hop when they found out he wasn't hood like he claimed to be and also when he was asked how he felt about black rappers saying he's only famous cause he's white, and has white support than he replied (to a black interviewer) saying that they're just jealous, basically saying that they're jealous because they don't have that type of privilege...he apologised for it recently but the video was filmed in his mansion so thats an L and a W at the same time lmaooo

The truth is no-one cares for the artist anymore. Just there hits. Majority of all rappers today are all 1 hit wonders.. hip hop is not the way it use to be..
The music industry is single-driven nowadays... albums are archaic. The typical music listener doesn’t have the patience to listen to a 40-50 minute album anymore, nor do the “artists” have the talent to create GOOD SOLO LP.
Michael Perez commercial rap is just about club and party tracks
No 95% of rappers aren’t good or great songwriters. Songwriting is a big aspect of being an artist. Unfortunately most rapper are not artistes but rappers.
