- Jeannie Sanders can only be described as a force to be reckoned with. After a 21 year career at Siemens where she worked for the President of Sales, chaired multiple diversity groups and councils, was invited to the White House to speak on her initiative to hire Veterans into her programs, was recruited by the head of HR for the US to run all strategic partnerships in the US, and speaking at over 30 universities, she has decided to launch her own consulting business based upon her career and life experiences: Practice of Positivity Leadership Consulting.

Steve is a retired Navy SEAL with 24 years of active duty service. Immediately upon graduating from high school, he enlisted in the Navy and went to Basic Underwater Demolition School BUD/S. Stephen was assigned to SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team TWO where he specialized as an SDV Pilot, small arms marksmanship instructor, and scout/sniper. In 1999 Stephen successfully screened and went to Naval Special Warfare Development Group. During his 11 years at the command, Senior Chief Sanders successfully completed 10 combat deployments to both OIF (Iraq) and OEF (Afghanistan). During his combat tours as an assault team sniper and team leader he was awarded the Silver Star and five Bronze Star medals for heroic actions while engaged in National level HVT combat missions, among other medals and awards.
Before retiring, he started his own consulting business, (TIER ONE GlobalConsulting LLC) specializing in soldiering skills, combat shooting, austere high altitude jump training, and lead climbing rock courses to government agencies. In 2012 he was the Lead Military technical advisor for Man Of Steel, and in 2013 he worked on Batman vs Superman. He directed and did stunt coordination on several commercials for private companies. Today, Stephen is one of two owner-operators at VI Shooters Inc.

The parenting/parenthood talk was so good. I am a parent of a kiddo with an ex girlfriend (we’ve been making it work pretty damn well so far). But as our 3 year old grows up it’s gonna become more complicated. Hearing the perspectives of these three parents who all have unique experiences, it was awesome, and encouraging.
I like the idea of having a young Jamie around on the show. I prefer Andy's 100% correct versions of events and statistics but it might be helpful for conversation's sake to have a "pull that shit up" guy

I did not think I'd enjoy the podcasts with the wives as much as I did, having specifically come to hear about the husband's life, which is truly fascinating. but honestly, I think these are some of the best podcasts just like Sara Wilkinson, Marcus and Amber, Jason and Jessica, and Christina and Matthew Dages.
I listened to this podcast at work and knew she had to be hot. Came to RUclips when I got home and all I can say is Well Done SSS! Love your podcast Andy. Keep it up.

Curious to see how Jeannie got rid of the astigmatism? As a pilot who has one...how is this fixed?
PRK or Lasik. The surgery technically lasers your astigmatism flat so that your vision improves. I got PRK 4 years later no problems and the best thing I've ever done in my life. I really recommend
