These tips are great .Wow you look so beautiful
Glad to hear it and thanks so much 💕
Thank you for these tips! My sister and I made a presentation to convince our mom to let us Big Chop our hair, and so I am doing more research on hair care before hand if she lets us! We also have the same hair type I believe 4B/C Kinky Coily!!
You’re welcome! Ahh...that’s a good way to do it 😁👌🏾 Keep going with your research and hopefully you’ll win her over 🙌🏾
Healthy Afro Hair Thank you!!!
@@lorieawesome2754 What do you mean by a Big Chop (do you mean you want to cut it really short)?
@@bellaboo9114 big chop is when you you cut off all the dead unhealthy hair in one cut. Someone people prefer to transition and cut off the unhealthy bit by bit.
Your beauty is just mesmerizing sis😻...and thank you for the great tips.
Aww...thank you so much and you’re welcome ❤️
I was about to say, “Where were you and this video 12 hours ago”? I just spent 1 and a half hours last night detangling my hair with leave-in and oil. I’ve realized that I hit just about every item on your list. This videos is a keeper, thanks!!!!

Very helpful tips on how to detangle the hair, thanks for sharing
You’re very welcome!
I love the 2 strand twist method.Makes for a much smoother wash day
Yup 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
My natural hair is pretty fine low-med density. I finger detangle 100% of the time and it's been working great! I will use a rat tail comb if I want to change my parting and that's it. My hair stays in twists or box braids under my wigs. I am gaining SOO Much growth!
Nice and simple, that’s what it’s all about 🙌🏾
Great tips! 👍🏽👍🏽 Thank you! 😃
Ahh...good to hear and you’re welcome 🤗🤗
Finally! My ends are going to stop breaking due to knots and tangles that hold onto them.
Thank you so much for this
Thanks for these tips😊. Am going to try the small tooth comb at the ends, and the using a conditioner for extra slip method.
You’re welcome! Yes, give it a try and keep me posted on how it works for you 💕
Thanks. Basically all the things I knew instinctively but needed the confirmation.
Ahh…you’re welcome! Good to hear ☺️

Thank you for your video on detangling your hair I've been Natural for 3 years now my hair is very long and thick I love my hair and it thought me to be very patient when I comb and style my hair. Thanks again
You’re very welcome! 😊 Yes I’m sure detangling takes some time for you to get through it, but it’s definitely worth having the patience so you don’t damage your hair.
Great tips! Thank you
You’re very welcome!
Very great tips thank you will try
Meant to say I will try
Great tips. Thank you for sharing, I’m definitely going to be trying them out especially being patient 😄 I’m normally in a haste and end up being frustrated with the tangles.
Hey, you’re welcome! I understand we’ve all been there! 😄
Thank you ❤💚 much appreciated
You’re welcome 💗💗
Absolutely love this! We have always washed my daughters hair and detangled in the shower and it takes ages, bounces back up and tangles again! Going to give this a go this weekend - Thanks so much
You’re very welcome! Ohh…no, that’s the last thing you want after all that effort 😩 But this definitely makes it easier and I hope it works well for you, just as much as it does for me! But keep me posted on how it goes 🤗
thank you so much for this video! i spent three hours combing through my s/o’s hair and realized neither of us really knew how to care for his curls. he always keeps it in twists and i have pin-straight hair! definitely going to use these tips next time I take out his twists
You’re very welcome! I’m glad it was useful.
My sister thank you so much this really really really helped with my 4C that always likes to wrap its strands around each other . My hair was soooo managed today because of it
Ahhh…I’m so happy to hear it and you’re very welcome 🙏🏾❤️
Lovely video. Please do you have any videos on how to increase hair volume?

Welcome 💛
Thank you
You’re welcome!
When you find this video right after detangling, moisturizing and trimming ur hair
That’s always the way 😄
Right? 🥲
I asked my mom if I could have my hair out natural and she said it’s gonna get tangled a lot so I hope this’ll get my hair to stop tangling
Yes, some of us do have issues with knots and tangles when it’s out, so keeping it stretched or tied up often helps to prevent that from happening.
Heart heart heart! Thank you! THAnk you! #MisterWalter
You’re very welcome 😁
Natural hair really needs patience thanks for sharing and pls when will you share tips for length growth because my hair grows in volume but not in length 😔😔😔
No worries. I did one 2 years ago here bit.ly/2MYieTW If there’s been any changes, then I’ll look to do an updated one.
Thank you for the video! Where did you get your stretchy hairbands from? X
You’re welcome! I got it from my local hair shop, but you can also get similar ones on my Amazon store; www.amazon.co.uk/shop/healthyafrohair💗
One of the best hair you tubers 👏🏽 been watching you since relaxed hair days... your videos helped my hair flourish then ... now I’m natural & you are still my go to for all things hair... always informative , simple & practical... always gain so much from your videos . Thank you for your channel, it’s appreciated more than you know... Lots of love from Swaziland 🇸🇿❤️
Aww, thank you sooo much for your lovely comment...you’re very welcome! I really appreciate hearing this. It just makes it all worth while, knowing that someone is learning and gaining something from my content. Thanks for the support over the years ☺️🤗❤️
One day show how you go from a puff during the day, twisting at night to stretch the hair, then styling your hair the next day. Do u detangle to break the puff down to twist the hair? (You may have a video on that already. 😁)
No, I don’t actually have a video on that, so will try and do one at some point 😊 But when taking down my puff, I don’t detangle each time because it’s too much manipulation on my hair, so I’ll just lightly finger detangle, but not fully. Hope that makes sense!
It does make sense. Thanks!

😊👌🏾👌🏾
I've been losing so much hair recently through detangling. I think it's a mix between impatience and my hair becoming weaker
Yeah, definitely take your time because the ongoing damage will just continue to weaken your hair. But try these tips to help make the process easier.
Please explain step by step to wash natural hair.Which of the water temperature is better to use.
Thanks in advance.
I’ve got washday tip videos on my channel for you to check out. But warm water is best.
So when you use the ORS conditioner to detangle will you wash it out then shampoo then deep condition your hair?
Yes, that’s correct!
I want all women with afro hair to know ALL Women take forever to wash condition comb oil and dry hair. I take a good while when its my wash hair shower day and thats with semi wave straight black hair.
Any tips on twa -short hair. Its difficult to wash hair in twist at this length
Yes it is! When my hair was really short I couldn’t twist it, so I used to use hair bands instead. I have a video on how I did it back then in case you haven’t seen it; ruclips.net/video/u6bGTgmV3SY/видео.html
Can I ask a question? My hair gets lots of tangles and knots even after I’ve combed it a second late a knot forms, I’m scared that my hair is breaking off what can I do about this?
I have this issue as well 😕
@@Ash_Queen16 Hello! I got confused when I saw a reply lol, I still have this issue but it’s lessen since I’ve been using this shampoo Shea moisture Manuka and yogurt. And I’ve changed the routine in how I do my hair as well🤗 I hope it gets better, I wish you luck!!!!
@@valeriesantos507 Thank you, same to you. I’m going to try and incorporate pre pooing with an oil and washing my hair while in twists. Hopefully that’ll help.
Can you blow dry your hair with the aunt Jackie detangler?
It’s not a heat protectant, so you’d need to use one before blow drying.
What oil did you use to detangle your hair
I believe it was a combination of Jojoba, Coconut & Grapeseed oil this time round.
How often do you comb your hair? Do you do it only when you detangle, so before every wash day?
Yes that’s right! 👌🏾
Awesome thank you! 🙏🏾
not me detangling my loose hair in the shower and crying bcs i can't lol. ive been doing this shit wrong for years fam
My wear my hair in 4 twists and hit always hers tangled at the roots. Any idea what causes this?
Possibly make sure you have combed it out/detangled from the roots well. Then make sure your twists are tight enough to keep your hair detangled and from shrinking up to form tangles.
My hair looks fuller and thicker when wet but thinner when stretched and dry. I like to keep my hair stretched but I don't like the thin look and shrinkage gives me tangles.
Ahh...really?! It’s normally the other way round.
Could you please give me reasons why you love your natural hair😄
Well my kinks & coils are completely unique, I love the versatility of hairstyles I can create, the volume & thickness ☺️
Is it possible to this with a twa?😪
It depends. I’ve got a video I did when mine was really short. I used hair bands to keep my hair separated which helped; bit.ly/2uZ93W6
I’m just washing my hair weekly. I find 2 weeks is pushing it.
It’s all about what works best for your hair.
I'm here because I need help
But it’s nice...
You are so beautiful
Thank you so much 🥰
