    Leave-in conditioner is most beneficial when applied to damp hair.
    Apply the conditioner to damp (not wet) hair immediately after showering to allow the water to absorb into the hair and retain moisture.
    Curly hair: Apply the conditioner to damp hair immediately after application, part and twist into curls to set.
    Thin hair: Apply the leave-in conditioner from the tips upwards, avoiding the scalp area to prevent greasiness.
    Fine hair: Start with a small amount of leave-in conditioner and gradually add more. This way you can observe the effect of the product and avoid your hair becoming greasy.
    Fine hair: Start with a small amount of leave-in conditioner at a time so you can estimate the right amount for your hair.
    Ingredients:
    50 grams fresh aloe vera gel
    15 grams Castor oil
    25 grams grape seed oil
    4 grams olivem 1000
    4 grams cetearyl alcohol
    8 grams flaxseed extract
    2 gram vitamin E oil
    1.20 grams geogard 221
    0.80 grams allergy free perfume oil
    Thank you for watching the video.

      Good evening to you dear❤️ You can replace flaxseed with chia seed extract as this also helps to maintain moisture in the skin and hair and prevent dehydration and dandruff.
      Chia seed is rich in alpha-linolenic acid, which helps to maintain moisture levels in the hair and protect it from drying out.

      Some people's lives (including me) depend on natural products. So, they avoid store-bought products because even though some of them claim to be natural, the ingredients listed on the label, reveal that they're not. Hence, we resort to making our own.

      You can replace olivers 1000 with BTMS 50 emulsifier INCI: Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetyl Alcohol (and) Butylene Glycol.
      No you cannot use store bought aloe vera gel.

    When checking the pH level, did you mix a special solution or you just simply insert the strip into the conditioner?

    • @cecilvig
      @cecilvig  2 месяца назад +1

      Hi dear, thank you for watching the video.
      As the conditioner is so thick, you should mix 2 grams of it in 8 grams distilled water, then dip your pH strip into the mixture for 10 minutes, then remove it and read the pH..

      You can, but for a better stability, I recommend you use aloe vera liquid (bought from a supplier) than fresh aloe vera gel

    can I use other types of preservatives? i have BIOCROL & Phenoxyethanol but i have no idea how to use them or if i can .. any advise ?

    • @cecilvig
      @cecilvig  8 месяцев назад

      BIOCROL is normally used in combination with other preservatives to boost overall anti-microbical activity in rinse-off as well as leave-on applications.
      Phenoxyethanol is a preservative used in cosmetics and personal care products. It is a biocide that is most active against gram-negative bacteria. It is usually used in combination with other preservatives, partly because its activity against yeasts and moulds is weak.
      Consider combining Phenoxyethanol with potassium sorbate to increase activity against yeasts and moulds.
