I've always been super curious about Red. I live in NY, USA. Is it worth the travel effort in comparison to places like Fernie and Kicking Horse? I'd be interested in hearing some thoughts.
Twas our first time to RED (travelling from Sydney, Aus). I can say that we plan to visit Red on our next tour to BC (visiting Fernie, WW, Red). We didnt get RED at its best in 2022, however we could see the huge potential with lots of snowfall (lots of varied terrain). Prolly worth noting the older and slower infrastructure, but that can be a plus or a minus depending on your perspective.
@@simonchan3580 Im planning a March 6-12th trip and really want to go to Red but Im afraid that might be too late in the season snow and weather wise. Any thoughts?

What time of the year were you atRred
what time of the year were you there?
late Feb 2022. Locals were saying they had a tough season with (low) snowfalls. We were just glad to be skiing in the northern hemisphere again!
