When I have moments from time to time that I feel anger and resentment toward my ex, I quickly remember that he'll never experience love, true joy, genuine happiness. I escaped that monster and I have those things in my life again. I have a real life filled with real emotions and real relationships with those I love and care about. That is impossible for him and I don't feel one bit sorry for him. My life is real. Full of ups and downs, but it's 100% real. Narcissists live and die never experiencing what it means to be human.
Hopefully in their next life they won’t come back as a fly that dies in 7 days lol

I need to hear more about narcissists always devaluing their current supply no matter how impressive they are- looks, youth, status, money etc. I need to hear that they will never change and the cycle never ends. Nobody can ever satisfy them or be good enough. Knowing this helps me move forward.

Hello, 15 weeks without the satanic narcissist!!! I was in narc town this afternoon, her pub is still closed-i was near the door-no infos, i don't know what happend-could be anything!!!! I still don't hate her, i don't wish her harm and i forgive her!!!! Now it's not of my responsibility anymore!!!!
Listen very carefully. They do not struggle without you. They already had back up supply before they even left you so they’re onto the next supply before you even officially break up. They don’t need you. They need supply..
Which is why, even with other supplies, they want yours too !

Remember the new supply isn’t identical to you. They tend to downgrade. Basically they miss your energy supply AND whatever perks came with being with you. They’re just with the next victim while they groom whoever is up next in their secret rotation.

If someone can pretend you don't exist or neglect you and intentionally harms you consistently then they don't deserve you! Remember, No one deserves to be mistreated.
My ex is dependent on someone else for every thing… shelter / home / place to crash, employment, money to eat, clothing… Funny he always had money for weed & 2 packs of smokes daily but never had money or motivation to do anything more. We could have had it all but looking back, IDK why in the world I even WANTED to try building with him?!?! Lord thank you for saving me from that spell I was under. 🙏🏻

I finally maxed out and cut communication with my narcissistic ex bf. I realize who he really is, and he knows it. I was always giving and forgiving. I have learned to let go and let him know that I want nothing to do with him. He is trying to get me to be his a "friend." I am DONE with him, and he can't handle it! I wish him well in life without me in it! Power, love, kindness, mercy, grace, forgiveness, perseverance, courage, clarity, sanity, peace, hope, and joy that I showed him, I now show myself. I thank God every day that I am no longer being manipulated, gaslighted, and made to feel less than! There is such power and release in shutting them out. He discarded me so many times , i got the final discard and he keeps trying to pull me back in NOT HAPPENING! The last time he almost drowned me in his poisoned pool of confusion. NO!!! I AM GOOD! THANK YOU, LORD!!!🙏🙌👏🏼

I feel so silly for answering his call yesterday after a month and a half no contact. He cried, begged, and asked me over and over again if I’ve slept with someone else. I didn’t answer his questions nor did I react to his lovebombs. We hung up & I haven’t heard from him yet. I’m disappointed in myself for allowing him access to me for several hours. I should’ve stayed SILENT and not let him hear me speak 🤦🏻♀️ now back to square one. He’s now sniffing coke, drinking alcohol, & sleeping around to cope with losing me. He has an arraignment coming up & his attorney said he’s looking at a minimum of 4 years. Part of me misses him and wants him back but I’d rather be dead than make that mistake.
You’re still standing on business because you did notmlet him come back, and that’s a win. Keep standing strong. If you went NO contact for a month and a half, you can do it again. You got this.

My soon to be ex told the insurance company I passed away, I guess so he can try to collect some money. The insurance company contacted me then submitted a fraud complaint on my behalf. Now how desperate is that? Make that make sense!

His parents literally tried to put him off on me when we got married, yup. 43 years old still living with mom and dad, and an alcoholic and a narcissist smh.
My ex narc friend in church said he has other people to do things for him when I told him I had another job and I couldn't take him to the store anymore he called me a sucker. We haven't spoken to each other in over a year and a half. I have a peace of mind. He did a smear campaign on me to other people in church. Oh well.

I still love the narc, but I would never ever take him back I dont know if I will survive either. Have felt like dying since I blocked him in october last year. Even my mum is a narc. I blocked my mum two days ago so I guess my mum will not be in my life. And she had a smear campaign on me 2 days ago, called the police on me also chikd service. And now she is having my daughter the sick narc she is lying on me and smearing my name and have my daughter in 3 weeks. I hate my mum. I will hate her forever.
Hi Ms. Telsha. My honest opinion of why I ever went back to a narc, the reason is so superficial. To be honest, some of the ones I liked were sexy and had strong sexual energy, a nice voice, well dressed and attractive and a strong feminine energy. So for me I liked being that sexually stimulated and aroused all day, the women I was with made me feel aroused. Who wouldn't want to feel extremely sexual everyday, and walk around with a sexy woman on their arms, who also makes you look good when you go out, lol is why I picked them! They love them, they high heels, and I loved that they would dress nice for me! 😂 Thank you for sharing today, this made me self reflect! 💯🙌🙏😊❤️👑
