I think the reason a lot of men are able to cheat is because a lack of emotional maturity. People who have emotional maturity don’t want to bring harm to others or make others feel less than in any kind of way. It’s also a self esteem issue as well

I just don’t understand how someone can willingly cause that much pain to someone they “love”. My ex literally lost his mind when I left him after he cheated it’s like he couldn’t understand why that was a deal breaker to me. Even though I told him when we first started dating if he cheated I was out I guess he wanted to put that to the test…. LOL. To me if you can cheat on me you do not respect me, love me or care for me and you can’t convince me otherwise it’s been months later and he pours his heart out everyday from multiple different numbers and accounts 🙄 His reasoning was because he didn’t think I would leave LOL well… play stupid games win stupid prizes. I haven’t said a word to him since the day I found out I left him to his cheating and never looked back. It was hard I loved him a lot I had to walk away still in love. So true! My uncle cheated on my aunt while on a "Guy's Trip" to Aruba. Long story short, he brought back more than good memories when he returned home. Months later, he found out he'd contracted HIV and gave it to my aunt. And to make it even worse, the young lady in Aruba was about 7 mths pregnant with his child. The whole situation was terrible. It was like something you'd see in a movie.

I was with the love of my life for 3 years when I found out he was cheating. We lived about an hour apart from each other. He came to my house and he needed something from his car trunk. So I went to get it and there were packets of pictures. Since he liked to take pictures I thought they were of us out and about. No they were pictures of him hugging and kissing on a woman. I went in the house and kicked him out. Changed all my locks and ignored him at any place I ran into him. He tried so hard to get back but my heart was shattered. I haven't had a serious relationship since then. And it's been 30 years. I am still single and I feel safe staying single.

I've been cheated on in 8 out of 10 of my relationships + I've left every time. Once the trust is gone, the relationship is over + I'll never look at you the same.
