You see it on twitter and instagram on captions and for foreigners it's quite confusing. I saw one tweet that said "What I hate about Filipino twitter is that you think you could understand but then magtatagalog sila bigla tapos wala ka na ma-iintindihan." It's a cultural thing and it's very odd.
