What is the maximum amount of decibels that the ANC system/speakers produce? My main point of confusion with such a system is that it would essentially be doubling what would otherwise be an audible sound level, but just because the sound is out of phase and less bothersome doesn't mean it is eliminated -- it would still be double the amplitude, right?
from what i understand it quite literally cancels out the pressure waves in the air (sound). it’s not a brain trick or anything like that, so the amplitude (with a perfect system) would be zero not 2
K-C Wang It does. Land Rover uses this technology. But this company will probably not have the best quality product. It is difficult to master, and requires precise placement of small microphones.
This is another snake-oil company. No such tech - else you'd release it to help partners of snorers... it does not exist. Further, don't buy a rubbish car and you won't hear noises at speed. Terrible advert with a terribly old car and a simulated AND NOT real tech. Bose can't do it and have invented the Sleep Buds (at version II) which only mask sounds. Finally the 6th most funded project on kickstarted was 'Silent Partner' which was a noise cancelling system that didn't not even make production. Shame on the BBC for advertising this.
0:36 You are driving at 150kmh, *Silentium system is now on* Driving at 50kmh
A set for retrofitting would be a great thing.
Zasto mi tovarite troskove koje ne trebam i ne mogu placati. Zaustavite se!!!!!
How to get it?
How does it work? Can you describe it in the description or post a link to a blog?
just added new video

Let's say two cars travelling 10 km/h collide in a frontal crash you say both cars will now be travelling 20 km/h?

Does it cancel out also emergency vehicles like an medical vehicle or a police car?
No - it is not
does this really work ? haven't seen in any cars.

@@user-tf4lk4fm7i - Glad you mentioned it !
@@SilentiumANC shut the fuck up
If it can cancel some idiot screaming droning mantras from a megaphone, sign me up!
How to get the system?
