@ avoid the over priced Sony offerings. Go for that Yongnuo 16mm f1.8 or if you need something wider the Viltrox 13mm f1.4, both those lens are sharp w/great focus and image.

My dumbass plugged the mic Jack cable into the side of the receiver and plug the other end into the camera and I was getting a hissing sound. I searched your video for an answer to this and noticed in your video that you weren't using a cable, hence the wireless portion of it. I'm new to this whole photography thing so just kicking myself in the ass right now. But I just wanted to thank you. Your video helped me a great deal 💡🥴👍.
Bro it's crazy how many takes I go through. It's tough to keep that energy up by the last take. Man I wish fuji would allow more accessories like this. Especially when the tascam XLR adapter works through their hot shoe.
Does this allow recording four channels of audio, like with some other accessories for the multi interface shoe? For example recording the camera's internal microphones along with the dji mic's audio?
Their fix for a rotatable was not thought of and I saw that when they introduced so Limitto Models saying the ZV1M2 is not good enough, the DJI mic 2 module is good enough if you like it not me
Am I the only person who's DJI adapters don't work? Whenever I plug the adapter in it just shows the iphone/phone graphic to confirm. Not the adapter symbol like yours shows. I'm using FX30 and FX3

Stick with the Sony A7C II, I’ll probably pick one up soon too. The size and image quality from A7C II is unbeatable paired with a solid lens like Tamron 20-40mm f2.8 or Sony 24-50mm f2.8

Great video - I’m also rocking the FX30 with the mic 2 adapter, though mine won’t show up with the camera icon when it slides in - only computer. It’s a pain and doesn’t transmit audio unless the camera icon is showing. Is this firmware issue?
Hey, great video. Clean video and clean sound. Godox has an OK little Mic system that uses the MI digital interface, and I thought it was really cool. I’m glad DJI has come up with this. They’re the best industry standard these days. But hey Sony microphone systems with the MI doesn’t suck lol they’re quite good especially the hot shoe versions , the size and weight and options and I’ve done sound testing on multiple rode , conica, Sennheiser……….. quality of sound was similar, but the ease of use outweighed the other brands if you were using Sony cameras

Haven’t heard of that issue but a few people have faulty hot shoes.
I use a q-tip with rubbing alcohol to clean the contacts of my shot shoe

Not the best person to ask as I don’t have A6700 but most modern cages accommodate for it.

It is compatible with the Sony FDR-AX53 camera.
If you use this adapter and also a cam mounted shotgun mic plugged into mic in on the cam what happens?
The adapter overrides all audio input, so shotgun mic would be rendered useless.

Hi Fredo this adapter could be compatible with a Sony A6600 my old camera has the same audio interface as A6700 too.
They have limited compatibility to only “newer” Sony camera.
The A6600 isn’t going to work according to them.
