Thanks mate! Yeah it's a great bit of kit, they have a bit of a delivery delay on Amazon but do have them in stock on the DJI website for next day delivery :)
if you plug a shotgun mic into the 3.5mm mic jack on the camera whilst the adapter is attached then the shotgun mic won't work as the camera prioritises the adapter as the audio input.

I have the Sony zv1 m2. On the camera it says this device is not compatible smh
That's a shame. If the camera has the Sony multi interface shoe then I'm surprised it won't work.
If you use this adapter and also a cam mounted shotgun mic plugged into mic in on the cam what happens?

what would happen if a friend and me are recording an event and we have the same DJI Mic 2s? His kit and my kit.
do you mean that only one of you have the dji receiver from 1 kit? Or that you both have your own separate dji mics and receivers?
2 receivers, 2 mics
@@bobmusikk the mics talk to their receiver independently so they won't interfere with each other
