I met such a small diesel locomotive 92 53 0 601344-0 RO CFR Marfa at Vikshany station, on the border of Ukraine with Romania.
If anyone has information on the model, power of the locomotive and other technical characteristics, please write in the comments, otherwise I did not find any information.
