Hi ma'am. Thank you so much for sharing your very successful CR 1 Visa interview. Congratulations! By the way, may, I ask ma'am, how long did it take before you got the CR1 interview? Thank you, ma'am.
Thank you so much, Rosell. My case was DQ'd on June 3rd 2020. Then I did an expedite letter request and got approved on August I think third week. Then I did my medical exam as directed by US embassy then on September 9th , 2020 at 7:30am was my interview schedule. So from the DQ date it took about 3 mos.🤗😊
Hi and congratulations to you . Please i want to ask , once your application is approved , and been told to wait for interview date, how long does that take ? Thank you❤️
Well, I did an expedite request for my case and was approved on aug10,2020 then us embassy emailed me to do my medical first then after I finished that they sent me my appointment schedule on Sept 9, 2020. 😊

How about your medical check, did you have all the vaccines including Covid one? Thank you sister in advance ❤
Hi! So it took about 7 months till I got an interview scheduled. My husband didn't need to go for an interview. I did get 4 vaccines but not covid, because at the time I did my medical exam it wasn't required and we didn't have the vaccines yet (Sept 2020). ❤️
Hi Ms. Valerie! My husband and I are watching your videos everytime you have an upload. Hope na mapansin mo ang message ko. May upcoming interview ako, just want to make sure if may babayaran bang MRV fee ang CR/IR1? Nakikita ko sa ibang K1, nagbayad sila not sure if need din po ng CR1/IR1? Thank you in advance.
Hi! This video is really informative! Thank you for making and sharing everything. Highly appreciated ❤️ God bless you! Just a question, do we really need to hire a lawyer? Or an agency or something? Is there any advantage of getting help from them?
You don't really have to hire a lawyer or agency you can do it yourself if you want to. My lawyer really helped us a lot we didn't really do a whole lot of stuff. They took care of everything. I think it's helpful to have a lawyer. I'm not quite sure about the agency though, just make sure it's legit.
Hi good day! Thanks for sharing your experienced through this CR1 visa interview. Ask ko lang po what supporting document for your birth certificate and need pa ba photocopy ng mga documents? Thank you and God bless
Well, I didn't have much supporting documents I only have my old birth certificate that was signed and corrected. It's also on my new one but I brought the old one just in case. And yes, photocopy your documents as much as you can. I did 5 copies of each document. 👍
Hi Sis, I hope you will notice this comment. I just found your video this morning ph time and all the information you shared really helps. Tho, do you have a separate video about the requirements you bring during the interview? Also if you don’t mind me asking, is your marriage being held online or face to face? I have concern tho because me and my husband did it online via Utah Marriage as it happens during pandemic. Thank you so in advance.

Did you use your maiden name during application? Or your married name? I am planning to use my married name but my passport bears my maiden name. Would that be possible? Please give me advice on this. Thank you in advance!

Hello po, Did you take IELTS exam? Before you go to US. Need ba talaga siya? because my family’s petition have been approved. Worried kasi ako yung father at brother ko hindi sila magaling mag english
No, Po. I didn't do IELTS. But I have heard that they have to at least speak basic English for the interview. But on the other hand I met a friend in Vegas one time and she said that she petition her parents and they're not good in English either but she came to the Philippines for their interview to help translate and they got approved. So if you're approved already then you should be good to go. 👍😃
Hello Ms. Val, may I ask if need pa ba mag take ng IELTS for US Spousal Visa? Good day ma, thanks for the video. please I want to know because you stated in your video that you're not allowed to come into the interview. Now my question is, if you're been asked on how you communicate with your spouse and you tell them that you communicate through wathsap calls, so how will you convince the consular that you actually communicate with your spouse since you are not allowed to go in with the evidence? Thanks for your response in advance.
I believe the petition/sponsor is not allowed to come to your interview, only the applicant. When you get to that point you are already approved by USCIS and NVC that means you passed the process of proving your relationship for the most part. Your evidence would be the documents you have submitted to start the process.

Really appreciate for your respond
For Filipino consul they will let you know ahead of time to get all civil documents ready. Then at the window if they need other documentation they will ask for it. For the American console they will ask you if they need anything at all I'm pretty sure she asked me for my passport right away.😊

Can I ask, when you get there to the US, did you do another application sort of thing for the Green Card, is it seperate or its authomatic that you'll receive it once you get the immigrant visa? So when you get to the US you will wait about 2-3 mos then you'll get your 2 years green card and you don't have to do anything really until one year and a half then you can start the removal of condition process. I have a video on this one. :)

@@valeriecreates it's such a relief. Thankyou po
Hi Valerie! I messaged you in instagram and messenger last night 😊 it's my inquiry abt your immigration lawyer 😊 hope you notice it. God bless
Hello Ms. Val, may I ask if need pa ba mag take ng IELTS for US Spousal Visa? May friend po kasi yung hubby ko from England and advice nya is to prepare for IELTS kasi need daw po yun para makakuha ng Visa. Iba daw po ang IELTS and Interview. Is it true na need pa po yun for US Spousal Visa? Hoping for your response po🙏
No po. I didn't have to do that with my case. It might have been because the UK has different requirements vs the US. 😊
Good Day po , Saan po makakakuha ng Advisory in Marriage? sa PSA din po ba? Thank you po
Yes, Po😊
Hello po miss valerie, ask ko lang po kung after marriage nyo, mag report po ba kyo sa US EMBASSY, or sa local civil registry only?
Local lang Po 👍
Hi sis. Ask ko lang married name mo na ba ung nakalagay ng DS260 mo when you got interviewed? Ako kc maiden name ko pa din and still waiting for my AOM and interview letter. TIA
Yes, Po. Married name Po yong sakin. 💕

I have not seen Po na spousal visa na denied Po I think there's a high percentage Po na ma approved Ang visa Po if immigrant case. If there are any na denied it might be because of fraud and not legit marriage Po.

Hello Valerie! Is the CENOMAR and Advisory on Marriage different? I only got the AOD.i thought CENOMAR is for singles? I'll appreciate for your reply.
Yes, CENOMAR is for single. Once you're married you can no longer get that but just keep the old CENOMAR with you in case they ask for that but AOD is what you need once married
@@valeriecreates THANKS!
Hello ms. Valerie ask po ako when did your husband submit for CR1
February 2020 Po😊
What good amount of questions….
❤️
Hi 😊 I have a question.
How much did u pay after the interview? I'm having a hard time to know how much should I pay aside from the delivery fee
I know we paid $220 for immigration fee or something like that after I goty visa but after that nothing really until you process for the next step.
What is your supporting document for the late registration of your birth certificate?
I wonder about that too. Hope she replies 🙏
May I know who is your attorney the one in the USA?
Sure! Send me a message on Instagram and I'll send you my attorney's information 😊
@@valeriecreates thank you, Sis. I already sent message to you. I am in HK right now
Good idea to stay near the embassy. My wife will ear her call center headset b/c she can only understand English while wearing a computer headset :-)
Thank you! Just make sure that's allowed by the embassy cause when I did my interview we couldn't bring anything electronic. Just a heads up! 👍
@@valeriecreatesit is a call center joke. When her friends (call center worker) visis us they bring headsets b/c no headset they only speak Tagalog. But to talk in English, they need a headset.

did you change your name to his last name right after getting married before filing all of this stuff?
Yes👍
@valeriecreates I called your lawyer he said he was kinda busy and told me another person and they were too busy so I just hired the Christian filipina sister company

Hi Maam! Ask ko lang po if pwede pang maprint yung application since my father submitted and hindi niya naprint yung kanya, his interview is scheduled na this Tuesday kasi. Thanks so much!
What application Po?
Hi Valerie thanks for sharing, i have a question about interview schedule, do you have aby suggestion about when should try to apply the appointment, as i couldn't book any appointment schedule everytimes i try it says "no currently appointment available" even though my consular said that there are interview schedule slots available still. Really appreciate for your respond
Are you doing an immigrant visa or for tourists visa?
Hi Valerie, thanks for your response, I've got the problem solved the embassy helped me to sort that out, immigrant visa btw. Thanks.
Who is interviewed for the spousal visa interview part? I thought both will be interviewed since its a spousal visa.
The beneficiary is the one that's gonna be doing the interview. In our case it's me my husband is the petitioner. 😊
When the the officer ask the supporting documents do I have to give all of them together or the officer asks specific documents?
For Filipino consul they will let you know ahead of time to get all civil documents ready. Then at the window if they need other documentation they will ask for it. For the American console they will ask you if they need anything at all I'm pretty sure she asked me for my passport right away.😊
What documents we bring mam for enterview I'm spouse visa

Police clearance from the Philippines po.😊
Hi, about po sa birth certificate niyo what supporting documents po yung kelangan? I have the same problem late registration din
They did not ask for the supporting documents po. Yong Filipino consul po yong nag inform sa akin to make sure I have my supporting documents po and she did not check but I have my old Birth certificate with me that has some notes that explains my situation po. So just make sure you can bring that also if you can get some type of documentation from PSA try that. :)

Hello Valerie
Can the visa be denied because of age gap? (30 year).
We know each other since 3 years and we met few times and we have all the documents to prove
I don't think so. As long as you have all the requirements needed to support your case you should be fine. 😊
Need pa po ba ng school requirements?
They didn't ask for school requirements on my interview po but I still brought them with me po.
Married but i didnt use his last name yet all my papers.Ano po sasabihin if asking ur name . Is it ok not to mention his last name ?
Mmmm... I honestly don't know. I know that they're gonna base it on the files you have submitted. If that's so then you would give your maiden name. But that's just my opinion. ❤️
Sis ung s I130 po n sinubmit ng hubby mo ano family name ang nilagay dun? Ung apelyedo mo ng dalaga or ung apelyedo n ng hubby mo po?

what is your answer sisi about asking you what does your husband tell about, what he leaves?
Hello. I got DC last Feb 2023. I am not sure how long is the waiting period for the interview.
Can I ask, when you get there to the US, did you do another application sort of thing for the Green Card, is it seperate or its authomatic that you'll receive it once you get the immigrant visa?
Thank you.
So when you get to the US you will wait about 2-3 mos then you'll get your 2 years green card and you don't have to do anything really until one year and a half then you can start the removal of condition process. I have a video on this one. :)
How many months it took ur visa to get approved , pls tell ..I'm waiting for my visa too
From start to finish it took us 7.5 months which was really fast for this kind of case. We were told 18 months but you'll never know, yours might come up pretty soon. 👍
