I applied for an f2 visa. But on my application form , i filled that i would be staying in the us for 1month as its meant for my leave. Hope it wont affect my chance of getting a visa as most f2 visa are expected to stay back as long as the f1 visa holder.

@Harmanjit singh I think it's better to get it signed by your spouse. If he/she is already in the US, ask him/her to take a print, sign it and then scan it back to you over mail. You can then take the print and go to the interview. I did the same.
