Have respect for yourself, end the relationship, cut all ties with her, move on, talk to other women, self improve and focus on your purpose. It’s not going to be easy, it’s going to hurt you for a while, shit you just might even cry. One of the hardest things you’ll ever have to do is grieve the loss of a person who’s still alive. But I promise you, looking back in the long run you’ll realize that the best decision you made was to walk away.

A female asked me out to lunch, and I accepted.
When the check came, she looked at me, and I said that she asked ME out, so she pays. She said that she didn't have any money, so I paid for my plate with tip, and told the waiter to get an apron, because she was going to be washing dishes.
When I got up to leave, she miraculously found money in the hidden compartment of her purse, paid for hers, and vowed to never ask me out ever again. 😅😂😂😂😝🤪😜

I needed to hear this 20 years ago. I stayed in a disrespectful, loveless, and mostly sexless marriage for 35 years because of my Christian beliefs. After years of counseling (mostly me) I finally decided I had enough. Her childhood trauma made her angry, bitter and difficult to please...she would not seek therapy. Thank you D'nieka for reinforcing my decision to walk away. Not a chance in hell I'm going back to that...

    I completely agree....
For years I've regretted leaving my last relationship, I wanted to go back to her so bad. But the longer I fought that urge and the more I accepted my decision, the clearer things became.
She never once cared about me, she cared more about herself, how much money I was spending on her and her kids, and what I promised to do for her and her kids. She'd disrespect me and then call me weak for not accepting her disrespect. One day I had enough and just left.
She apologized and said she knew she was doing me wrong and she'll do better if we got back together. I decided to give it a chance but I set boundaries and a clear line of what I'll accept of her behavior and attitude. She told me to fuck off because I was being unreasonable.
Never go back once you've left, whatever drove you to leave will always be there. Men, don't be afraid to accept defeat in a relationship, don't be afraid to set a standard of respect and dignity. Especially when you're in a relationship with a woman with a child or children.

A timely message for sure. There are so many men walking around broken ,because of what happened in a relationship. Many men have given so much, without reciprocity, and it has drained them. There are men out there who aren't just looking for sex, but are truly seeking to build a life with a woman. To those men I say, keep the faith a change is gonna come. Focus on healing and being the best version of yourself. Enjoy this life and know that what you seek is also seeking you. PEACE

My ex wife abandoned our 20 yr marriage after I stepped in and raised her son from 2 months to 17 yrs old.. the week he left she left that next week.. we have 4 additional from her but left them with me.. I raised them she didn’t have to want for anything provided and protected I’m retired military and finally accepted the fact that she saw me as an opportunity.. and she abandoned the other 4.. til this day it’s been 6 yrs no apology no contact no child support no nothing just went back to the streets .. she left 1 month before our 20 year anniversary and 1 month before my 50 Birthday.. I think the toughest part for being older is where do you go and what do you begin to do at that age .. the reinventing is no joke ..I don’t give a dam what people say 50 plus is half of 100. It’s a type of PTSD after sacrificing And a person cared nothing about the time you’ve invested .. sure it’s not too late.. now you have to redefine what is a family cook out is ! what is family dinner the daily watching other full families at the 4 th of July family outings or family reunions.. all because of the need to go back out to the streets and them not realizing the emotional damage they’ve left behind towards kids.. those 6 yrs with no thank you for raising the kids or her own child ..and with todays modern Western women smh it’s lame.. #passport bound not looking back at all.. gym save money repeat

Man, Sir, Fellas. IT GETS BETTER. Keep walking. DONT LOOK BACK.

Last week I was waiting for the train and when I was about to get on, somebody poked me on the arm and it was her. She wanted to speak cause I've blocked her since a certain amount of time. I was getting off of the train at the next station. We spoke for maybe 5 to 10 min and guess what ? She only had the time to show me the same fragile ego unable to recognize when it's time to be an adult and take accountability for her decisions. I guess it was a way for Universe to show me that I made the right decision by not trying to put sense and maturity in her again. THX D Nieka

She even openly admitted and owned up to being lazy. I found myself being stressed out and resentful the longer the relationship went on.
Before that I was married to a user, cheater, and abuser. A woman that refused to take responsibility for her actions and was always a victim.
In both cases people attacked me for not sacrificing enough or not being willing to stick it out. What I learned about myself was that I was a people pleaser, willing to settle out of guilt, and direct enough with my needs.

    Don't look back.

Now she’s living a life that can’t sustain itself & doesn’t even give AF about me after she chased for 12 months… most unbearable pain; I dunno what to to but walk again now this person has proved their colours rather than deal with their BPD.. sad for my children - walk away and don’t look back guys trust… don’t go back

Hey sis I'm 48 my wife is 35 we do have a child together even though she has 3 already, I really can relate to actually what you are say I did leave more than once and came back only because I was told that it is worldly and not right that I left but sometimes I feel like I made a mistake in coming back my wife puts more time into being on social media than she does her marriage, she can't even express her feelings for me but I can, when she says she loves me it feels fake. I love my daughter but can't continue to be where I don't feel any respect or appreciated, I supposably the man of house but runs things and let her kids do whatever many times I expressed my thoughts about discipline but I just get told I'm being impatient, but I could go on and on just wanna say you are spot on with your topic keep it 💯

It sucks but are you living your life? When we are totally reliable and available they take us for granted and seek excitement elsewhere. You may have a shot before you bounce in becoming scarce and doing alot of things you enjoy away from her. She will lose that easy support and attention and begin to wonder.

When my ex walked away with her toxic behavior, I didn't even look in her direction. "Yeahokbye". I slept great that night. Of course she wants to "come back home", AIN'T no way! Her own family even advised me to never take her back. Dang! Lol!

I am in the same situation, but I came back to my senses. My (christian)wife has been out of control for the last 4 years... MY mother in law moved in and is refusing to leave....my wife is refusing counseling...
I thought she will change, but things are getting worse....
I got depressed and desperate because I used to love her, we have 3 boys, own a house, was raised christian ...I thought that the world was falling on.my shoulders and everything was over.....but I have come back to senses: I am 45 years old, 6,2, make 65k a year, handsome. I definitely can start over
I forgot how to date and got timid because all I was doing since I met my wife 10 years ago were: work, providing for the family, being a good dad, praying...
I am here for kids and she can go with her mother.
    The Phoenix shall rise again!!

I needed to see this video earlier in the year 2023. I went through a breakup with someone, and it was really bad. Even though I knew she wasn't right for me, I still wanted her back. Thankfully, after months of self-help, and self-love, I am on the other side of it. She had trauma issues with her mom and father, and I never considered how that can impact a relationship, but I totally get it now. It was also tough because I really liked her daughter (a child she had before we I met her). Onward, and forward!

I stopped ✋️ making an effort. The kind of results I got from making my greatest efforts to keep my family in one circle while I handled business was totally disrespected. Went right out the window because, yes she was trying to be some kind of pimp. I cut that off immediately with my first child mother.

Problem is, few women work on themselves or accept accountability for their actions. Many die alone thinking it was men’s fault the whole time, ignoring the fact that it was them who went through 100 guys, never able to find that “perfect” man.

It's worked for some, but the reality is that most people do not change. The reality is that you're more than likely going back to the same situation that led to the initial breakup. Maybe this time, it just takes longer to rear its ugly head again. Before you do go back, are you 100% ok and at peace with how things ended the first time, and everything that possibly happened during that break up? If not, you're just putting an immediate slow burn to a second ending. Trust me, I've been there. Starting over with somebody new is hard, but starting over with somebody you thought you knew can just be downright detrimental.
