I workout to a lot of videos and I’m digging these! I love the rotation and they are hitting all the areas that a girl likes to get. I live in the US and have never seen the guys here workout like this. I’ve done a couple of the workouts already and would like to see more workouts for the arms. Keep it coming, you guys rock!
Puedes hacer repeticiones de 30 ò 40 x 3 veces, la cosa es q dediques unos 30 minutos a 45... Puedes incluir 2 rutinas de ellos en 1 dia 2 veces x semana, tienen mucha variedad , para toda la semana.. pero no olvides estirar al comenzar y al terminar... incluye tus dias de descanso Suerte chica todo es cuestiòn de q te lo propongas😉😂👍

이제 헬스 5개월정도 되었는데요. 하 오늘처음 헬스장가서. 스타트운동이랑 마무리로 이운동했는데. 하 1시간반동안한 웨이트 보다 더힘들어요. 죽을것같아요 ㅎ
한70퍼나80퍼정도 소화시켰네요 잘보고배울께요. 엉덩이커지고 올라가겠죠 스쿼트나 런지도하지만 허리가안좋아 조금뿐이 옷해서 이운동이 도움될것같아요 헉헉 유산소한거같음
지루하지 않고 간단해서 따라하기 좋을 같애요 .
