Imma be honest, I was not expecting a colorful, 80s synthwave aesthetic, grappling hook, city-sprawling, extravaganza, but I am absolutely here for it.
Destiny 2 audio team always delivers no matter the settings is. It’s incredible.
I like how they introduced us into an unfamiliar world yet at the end brought us all back by playing the guardian theme
showed off this crazy cool ass city just for it to be in the background of the playable area lmao
Imagine the scenery we can get with this expansion. The raid and strikes could look beautiful.

"Because only in the end are we free." I absolutely love the Witness and can't wait to see where that whole thing goes, but that line in particular always gives me chills.
Season of the Splicer but it’s a whole DLC. Finally.
I like how this darkness subclass can involve changing how you traverse the environment. Stasis crystals can create traversable platforms, and quite evidently a grapple here.
It's eye-opening to watch this now. Calus and the Witnesses dialog, the grenade launcher, us destroying a pyramid ship on neomuna, the fall from what seemed to be a skyscraper, the music, the mysterious figure with a cape, none of this is actually in the game......
You know, even if the DLC wasn't everyones favorite, I still think this reveal trailer is the best one we have ever had.
