The old outbreak perfected puzzle was a real titan and hunter killer. I had to solo most of the cat run for a lot of people.

Man hard to believe it’s been 10 years already. I still remember picking up Destiny for the first time right when it came out. I was a teenager back then, and now in a few years I’ll be 30. Time for one last ride guardians 😎.
Man hearing this just hurts man, I've fallen out of destiny after Forsaken, and came back for Witch Queen...almost none of my OG friends still play the game, me included. It's still kinda sad to see the story (so far) coming to an end

OG destiny hit different. I haven’t played in years, but my fondest memory is using that “hawk-something” legendary hand cannon and 1-2 shotting people across the map lol
I went back a year or 2 after and it just wasn’t the same

People say bringing Cayde back cheapens his death, and I’d agree if it happened immediately after Forsaken, but having several years in between almost makes his return even more impactful than his original death. It’s like an old friend rising from the grave to join us on the battlefield for one final stand
It could have been part of his purpose to sacrifice in forsaken to help us later like quigon did help Yoda (clone wars lost missions) after all in final shape cayde is Virgil to us being Dante

From the beta to now. Although I’ve had gaps in between these 10 years, Destiny has always been that game I will let consume me. Here’s to the finale we’ve awaited.

@nickmylo8703 nah man, it's wearing a Titan class item and not robes. Not to mention, the jump style was "Catapult Jump" which Warlocks don't have
at the end the same guardian summons a void axe which is the new super/melee for void titan. the one jumpnig wears the same helmet as the one with the axe
My fireteam consisted of my dad, little brother and 3 of my best friends..... lost dad in 2016... we kept fighting. We are going to finish this tomorrow.... as our fireteams lone hunter. See yall on the other side.

This franchise has meant so much to me since Christmas Day 2014, I’ve had so many awesome memories and met so many cool people with this game. If this is truly the end, it has truly been an honor to serve and protect humanity with all of you.

I'll admit I have been out of touch with Destiny for a long time now since the end of witch queen but I was there when this all began and I will be there when it ends with all of you, it's been an honor embarking on this glorious adventure with all of you guardians.
I agree I kinda fell out when Cadye died but now in a way I found my self back and ready for the last showdown

"I'm Asking you, One last time....To RISE" Alright, that gave me chills. The way they showed the trio going through so much together to eventually get here was beautiful. That final scene was really cool. Bungie never fails at the trailers, only when it's time to deliver. Hopefully the ending to this 10 year long journey will be worth it.

It's wild that whatever vision for The Final Shape existed when this trailer released would have been in our hands by now. Only 3 more months until the *hopefully* real release date. My most formative years were spent with destiny, friendships forged and lasting beyond the game, and to see the state it's in now as we sit on the edge of lightfall is tough. I don't know if i'll keep playing after TFS, after it's all said and done. But this expansion and its raid are it. They are the culmination of over decade of work, some of which was done by folks who are no longer a part of the company. Godspeed, guardians.
Alright I’m just gonna say it, it’s like watching your parents who just got divorced getting married again.
My first experience with Destiny as a whole was when Destiny 2 launched, when the Red War was the only campaign. I was with Cayde when he died in Forsaken, I killed Uldren Sov and Calus. I’ve been through some hard trials in this game such as soloing my way to get the Recluse in 1 day and getting the OG Ikelos Shotgun before Beyond Light. I stopped playing a while back because it got boring and I didn’t feel like I wanted to continue.
But this, this has got me excited and ready for the end.

Its the game that I met my best friend on back in 2014 and he died in a car wreck in 21. I like to think in the 10 years I’ve played this it’s the only game that lets me carry the memory of someone else with me. Love y’all.🙂
I remember getting the game when it first came out, having no idea what it was about. After playing a little bit I fell in love with the story and the gameplay. I started as a warlock then switched to hunter where it felt natural to me. I’ve been apart of the community since the beginning when I was in middle school. It’s bittersweet, but everything has an end. It’s been an honor fighting beside you guardians. Eyes up, one last time!

I love how intimate this trailer feels with Ghost quietly talking to us directly. I'd love to see "smaller," more intimate character moments like that. It packs an emotional gut punch.

I started playing destiny 1 when I was 10 years old. One thing that always captivated me was the story from that game despite what everyone says about it, Even the destiny 2 story I love so much. I'd be lying if I didn't say destiny didn't have its ups and downs, but I'm excited for the saga to finally conclude🎉

Well. I joined back in the witch queen and man has this game gotten me hooked on to it. This universe is something that has made its way into my heart as one of my favorites. If this is the end, I'll go down fighting with all of my fellow guardians. Thank you destiny and bungie for the incredible game that this is and the experience of a lifetime

I've spend a long time in this game and good or bad me and my friends made some damn good memories. If you don't share that experience then that sounds like a you problem. Pete sacks a bunch of competent-high level people because there wasn't enough pre-orders for Final Shape. Which ironically, the lay offs led to less sales than they would have had otherwise. Because people are that pissed at the layoffs (and rightly so) they're cancelling their existing pre-orders.

Glad to be a part of this game, I've had my ups and downs with it but I love it. Sadly haven't been able to play it for a year or two, so I'll be watching from the sidelines :)

Through these last 10 years I have endured with you all the good. The bad. I have made a community with my clan. And we have had the same clan for 7 years. There are many toxic people in this community that piss me off. But in the end the good ones out there will always be remembered more. Let's take the last ride together boys
The music, the odd colour distortion like the original D1 cutscene, the oldschool guardian designs, and the subtle use of things like the ship sound effects from the D1 Tower... I don't know how long I'll continue after but I have to see this thing through.
Sticking with this game for a few years, through the bad moments and the good moments. Now that this saga is coming to an end memories flood in. Let's walk this road to the end and beyond my fellow guardians
I’ve been a Guardian since House of Wolves. I played this game with my brothers and dad for years. I’m glad I was able to experience a game like this and fight alongside all of you. Where ever our lives take us from this point on, may we always remember to be brave. ❤️
