It unfortunately doesn’t. Relieving anger with violence has never been a solution to help with anger, in fact it can worsen an individual’s behavior and anger issues. You can’t “schedule” a time and day to get rid of your anger, it’s spontaneous and ineffective for these rage rooms to exist

it's good to direct and connect back to your anger And repressed emotions
and overly politically correct among other things ....
while anger is best directed in better or positive creative outlets it requires more to create than to destroy ....
if not well directed this form of therapy can be dangerous and unleash past trauma hard do deal with....
all in all just another way of someone trying to part you from your hard earned cash with a new trend .....
