My only concern is about shards of glass and splinters getting on your hands or in little crevices is crevices is that possible Even though you're wearing gloves and that little jumpsuit question?

Really dumb idea. They've found that taking out your anger, whether it's punching a pillow or breaking things makes things worse. Only learning how to properly deal with anger helps. Research (and personal experience) has shown this fans the flames. It's not satisfying. And it teaches kids to be destructive with their anger. Breaking things just makes one want to do more. It also escalates; it's not cathartic - quite the contrary. And people who pay to do it are just throwing away their money instead of doing something constructive with their anger. Now there's an idea. Do something constructive (that takes a lot of energy) with all that anger/energy. Go chop wood for an elderly person, mow or rake some disabled person's lawn; shovel someone's driveway/sidewalk. No cash needed.

I agree with you that this is a bad idea conditioning people to break things when angry, however I betcha they make money from the business!
Also I am wondering, " what makes a person want to break things or bang and smash things when they're angry?" The reason I ask is that yesterday I was so consumed with anger I could not function but had to scream and then I went and put a dent in a kitchen saucepan. I was so angry. Today I still am upset. Perhaps I need anger management. I have suffered a lot of abuse and survived a nasty crime in my life and I have recently been bullied by someone and my anger just got the better of me yesterday. I could have broken the kitchen apart. How terrible

@@heathergundry7059 I'm sure they make plenty of money. I understand the feeling. The outrage over an injustice or situation, and being unable to do anything about it combine to set us off. Been there, done that. Doing something physically exhausting or that exerts a great deal of physical energy is good - as long as it's not destructive. When we do it to our own property, it leaves a reminder of what we've done and can contribute to the anger. Hoping and praying that you will be able to heal....🙏

Its actually a pretty good idea. Now whenever you get angry, you will think, ok I can pay 30 dollers there and break stuff to get rid of this anger. So you will suit up and travel all the way there and pay the bill. Chances are before you reach there your anger will have already subsided. That's what 30 minute rule is all about. Do not take any decision when angry. Take 30 minutes to cool down and then do what you thought you would in a rational mind
