Yes please 😑 I would pay the $300 for the hour by myself after the hybrid PMS/period week and a half from my wife. Definitely absorb a lot that needs to get squeezed out of the sponge. My top 3 rages would be throwing all the glass against the walls and floor, beating electronics with a bat and kicking/stomping any kind of boxes, furniture, etc.

This is a very urban activity, and in many ways very pathetic. That room has maybe $30 worth of dollar store glass in it, but they are paying a premium to have a place to break it and safety equipment.
