- Teams has changed the way you get back to seeing all the participant videos after you share slides or other content in a meeting. In this video I show the previous method that is in a popular article on my website and the new method demonstrated live in a Teams meeting.

Thank you for the video, but its very annoying when you only have one screen. I wish they would have done it the Zoom way: all participants visible in small portraits on the right side when your sharing full screen. In Teams you only see the participant/portrait of the participant that talked last :( . Your missing a lot of non-verbal communication.
Thanks for the video. Helped solve a problem we've struggled with for months!!!
I'm glad the video was helpful
Great video - Do you have a suggestion for me: The one thing I hate about Teams is the view of the audience while presenting. With Zoom, when I present, I can see all the faces at the top of the page in a window over my slides. This just shows one person and not over my slide.
I have the same issue but apparently, he doesn't have a suggestion.
Thank you for this update
I'm glad you found the video helpful.
Is there a way with one screen to show all users in parallel to the presenting desktop? The method mentioned when you see multiple users - would hide the videos once you touch your desktop.
This sounds wonderful, but the Teams window is not showing after I share my screen and zoom all the way out. Any suggestions when it's not showing in the bottom right?
just do this: share your presentation in teams (not in presentation mode). Then when it's visible in teams, use the "Present in Teams" button on the top right part of your power point. This way you will see all participants and your presentation together. You will also see your notes.
Yeh, I still don't like how I have to struggle as a teacher to see my students while I am sharing content. I have only 5 students in my group and I would love to see them while presenting, so I can also communicate with them actively, for example, ask questions about the content that I am sharing from google documents and see them when they are answering.
Why in the world don't they make thing intuitive??? They make their entire app garbage and we have to come to YT for answers! Pathetic!
