For Chris it’s not called an Inspiration point, it’s called a Fuck Diath point. We all know that’s what Chris would do with it if he had one.
Seeing the fourth wall seems like a Vistani power. They can cross all the worlds and planes (including ours).
When Evelyn and Paultin are having a romantic conversation Chris lets her cry; when Diath wants to have a heartfelt conversation with Strix a zombie ogre farts. Chris really does have it in for Diath.

Nothing really romantic about Strix and Diath, regardless of what Diath may feel.
After all, hasn't Holly said before that Strix is asexual and not interested in romance? Not even a hero can force a romance with an uninterested party just by wanting it.

I tabbed away right after starting the video to check somethign... but my god was it nice to hear that twangy banjo intro instead of the barovia one. I can only take so much spooky time.

IMO, it isn't
It definitely serves to break up the bleak atmosphere right now, and gives some great laughs. Too much of it can take away from the serious tone, breaking the immersion. It wasn't too bad in this episode imo, and it made me laugh a lot.
Paultin drank so much that he's become the deadpool of D&D

It's funny that they're still starving since Evelyn - in her despair - seems to have forgotten that she can actually conjure up to 45 pounds of food and 30 gallons water (with Create Food and Water) twice - every day! Once is enough food and drink for 15 people to eat 3 meals a day. But Shadowfell despair ruins everyone's trip to depression land. :P
Or Anna just forgot, because she's got too much on her mind already. ^_^

So I missed the stream but couldn't wait to see it so I watched the replay on Twitch. However, I still want to give a digital bump here because Dice, Camera, Action is a fantastic series. I jumped out of my chair in excitement so many times this episode. Thank you cast and crew for such a rad show.
TheNovusSpes Easily the best DnD show imo, mostly due to how much they actually focus on roleplay and character building which many games don't in my experience. I'm very attached to these characters and want to see where they go through all of this shit they deal with.

I like it when they get into these emotionally charged talks, as much as I want it to not happen while listening I always feel good about it in the end :B
this episode hits even more when you learn that there Was a plan for that conversation and Paultin wasn't supposed to follow Evelyn there.

It was 1 in the morning and I was browsing the internet looking at dnd crap and stumbled upon the first episode of dice camera action... and three months later here I am watching this... HELL YEAH!!! I love you guys and want all of your autographs!!!

WoTC needs to make Paultin’s fourth wall breaking ability the official ability for male Vistani characters. Vistanas get the card reading thing, Vistanos get to break the fourth wall when drunk.
While I loved this entire episode, it was definitely the very end that I loved the most. Cannot wait for next week!!

I missed her from the start when she had no picture like the others. After reflection, I think that Master Perkins had a fault of heart and didn't know how to kill her, so he had her "leave."

I find it interesting that at least in the two games I've watched with Bards (Critical Role and DCA), they both end up having this same feeling of being a misplaced clown among heroes and it resulting in conflict with their friends
