She's actually really grown on me to the point that I'd love to see her become a full member. Maybe if Paultin goes rogue (there's the theory he might be one of next season's villains) she might replace him until he comes back
I'd rather not. Nothing against her, but she seems too grounded and, well, nice. The wafflecrew is made of a fearful thrash witch, a musician with 2 legendary items that would rather chill in a tavern somewhere then do the whole adventure group thing, the most stereotyped paladin possible ( which is nice, I personally find it amazing to see someone doing it right ) and the traditional Orphan adventurer that is extremely selfless and who´s only objective in life is to make the world a better place. Miranda whole thing is to be wise, so I find it to end up making things a bit boring
I also think she would be a great addition, mainly because the Waffle Crew also likes her, they hear her, but they don't always listen lol. She would be a great foil to their nuttiness, even if the Crew is slow to learn from her.
About time they leveled up lol, they definitely earned it. Great episode as a whole and some intense RP moments as well. Can't wait to see the next episode!

For someone who has so much to offer yet is constantly distant We think that he should conform in some way but his very essence is non-conformist. We should recognize the value of shattering the Status Quo.

Good episode but Miranda seemed a little unrealistic. All these friends of hers are dead and the only thing they know of being capable of this was Paultin yet after it was revealed that this paultin was fake, it would make sense for her to take this as evidence that the paultin clone was lying, and that paultin uses the ring to create the clone. Instead however it seemed like she was totally convinced of paultins innocence a bit too easily...
Notice that Nate never said "I do this" or "I say that". He said "Paultin says this" or "Paultin does that". BECAUSE IT WASNT ACTUALLY HIM WHY NATE WHY

If Rachel didn't use the spell to see about the magic Items, this could have gone on for at least 2 Episodes or till Paultin would get hit by a fire spell. The Moment both noticed that Paultin has one of the Rings Nate knew that Chris would use that to drain Strix and Diath for a few HP.
I HAVE to wonder how much of this is discussed between Nate and Chris beforehand. It's so brilliant, but at 39:48, Chris is actually taken aback by the outcome of their engagement. Whether it's thoroughly planned out or not, it's excellent RP, but if this is all or even mostly improv, it's next level.
Stephen Cook Chris did say two episodes ago that he and nate talked a lot about how Paultin is currently feeling. If I had to guess i'd say maybe between a quarter and half of it was planned out between them, meaning Nate probably told Chris Paultin was getting unstable and after last episode he told chris he planned on sending Snowtin instead of himself. Otherwise I'm guessing they haven't planned anything which would explain Chris' shock at some of Paultin's actions.

I was pretty sure something was up, but wasn't sure what. When they found the frozen vegepygmies, it hit me: Ring of Winter, snow, ice...he's a simulacrum. Strix is the only one who could've possibly expected that, but to stray as far from metagaming as possible, they've also met doppelgangers, they know they have clones out there somewhere, there was a Royal Rumble earlier that day and they aren't completely sure where everyone is, Miranda is the source of their greatest knowledge on Paultin being suspicious and she's actually a complete stranger to them, and to top it all off, the entire Waffle Crew and Dragonbait have each had at least two moments in the past few hours where they were alone and they often came back with really strange explanations of where they were and how they got where they are.
Now it's time for Paultin to express every single time he felt slighted. If Paultin really regarded himself as a force to be reckoned with then this demonstration is meaningless

I think that if enough crazy shit happens to Miranda to evolve her character a little, (Such as tying her more directly to the ring of winter) it might be fun to have her as a permanent cast member.
