Maaaan this turned out really good, i added a little bit of cinnamon, a tablespoon of sofrito, half a lime, then a bit of salted butter at the end in mine, all my curry winds up being mexi-curry by the end of cooking

Think of of it as a curry pate!
Still very delicious. I made it because I have tonnes of canned tuna in the pantry, because I live in hurricane prone area. I was tired of tuna salad, and tuna sandwich. This was a welcome change. I had this with brown rice and a cucumber raita.
