The first few times I did this I was way wobbly 😂. It got better. I have done no exercise for 7 weeks. I have to get back into it and everything hurts again especially my middle back. I noticed today while laying on my back and lifting my left leg my back cracks when my leg is going back down. 🤔

As an evolutionist...It is clear us humans are evolving into a new species so this adaptive change called "tech neck" should just be left alone because you are interfering with the first stage of clear evolutionary adaptation into a new type of being

@@soh4966 yes, why not bring the whole belief system of evolution into everyday life. It's time the theory we have been told is science and factual truth is brought into real world application and where best to start than these rehabilitations that are working against clear evolutionary adaptations

Don’t be a Wally. Evolution was a flawed theory. Not fact. Many don’t even believe in it. Do you want us to have long necks. The lack of mate attraction would stop all pregnancies and we’d all die out. Tech neck indeed?!?!
We did not come from primordial slime ok. We did not climb down from the trees and become slowly upright standing and our hands shorten and grow a longer more flexible opposable thumb than apes.
A smaller skull and forehead, lips, eyes, body and less hair. We did not come from monkeys.
It’s a convenient lie for people who wanted to ignore scripture.
      Piltdown man was a fraud.
      1. The Piltdown Man was a fossil discovery in England in 1912, believed to be a missing link between humans and apes.
      2. Consisted of a skull and jawbone purported to be from a primitive human ancestor.
      3. Revealed to be a hoax in 1953, when it was discovered that the skull was human and the jawbone belonged to an orangutan.
      4. The Piltdown Man is now widely discredited as a major scientific fraud in the field of anthropology and paleoanthropology.
      Liars are behind evolution.
So you have taken the wrong turn somewhere….
What I find strange is how people say they follow evolutionary theory with such arrogance, pride and don’t realise many people think it is not applicable to our lives at all…. It’s Ike they are really dreaming
