Adrian and Miss Linda were just awesome. Coming to the American south with their gimmick was money in the bank and even better was how good they were at it. That first time you see Adrian prance to the ring for his intro you think WT.....but then you watch his in ring work and realize this cat is a real shooter. You may hate him as a heel but you marvel at his skill. Always enjoyed Jim Cornette tell stories of traveling with Adrian and Linda and just happy to see the 2 of them still together. Much love to the both of them and best wishes and happiest but more than anything, a big thank you to both for an era that will not only not be forgotten but fondly remembered.

I first saw Adrian in the movie Grunt, that I rented from the corner video store, back when such stores existed. I was 12 at the time and was greedily watching everything wrestling I could. Right away, Adrian stood out, even amongst a young Danny Spivey and other stars. From then, I watched every match I could with him, which wasnt many, since we didnt get any of the territories he was on until WCW /Crockett(?).
Just like America brought Elvis to the UK, they in turn, gave us the Beatles. We gave them Gorgeous George, they in turn, gave us Adrian.

Just discovered Adrian Street about a month ago. Been completely amazed by his work since! He was great! Just wish he had a little longer prime in the states.

Glad to hear Adrian calling out those responsible for the downfall of British wrestling, good on him, too many are caught up in nostalgia or misguided loyalty, Adrian tells it like it is. British wrestling had so much potential to bigger and better than it was.

Wow. Just wow. One of the most entertaining rassler ever. I met him in Alabama. It WAS CCW (continental championship wrestling) then... Many of my peers thought he couldn't wrestle because of his "femine" wrestling character. Man was he a great wrestler. He was a heel you enjoyed cheering for even back then. Dutchman Tale had a few matches against him...at least I think. " imagine what I could do to you. . ."
    Great interview!!

Adrian was spot on when he spoke of the likes of big daddy and giant haystacks.... When the likes of them came on the British wrestling scene it was finished they ruined it ..

What an awsome talent. He actually wouldve made a great wwf manager- but as himself. Definitely not for a neo n**i tag team. Another flamboyant team like himself- wouldve been fantastic.

I laughed so hard when he is like takes a hell of a man to get me off my feet. I liked his story of Hart Dungeon as could never really stand them much heh. She aged pretty well all things considering I can tell its her in photos. At first I thought it was Woman or like Sherri Martell or somebody like that in them hehe. I like his stories of guy trying to slap him or random stories. Andre the Giant Pub one heh. I had a Ganglion Cyst in my hand before that popped that was brutal :). That is crazy story guy held him over stove then tossed thru window :). That is odd Jimmy Crownette managed them even having Valet :). Would have been interesting to see him in WWF. The British Skinheads heh. Adonis Fit the WWF :). Lenny Lane/Lodi Duo :).
