My only comment (apart from the other one)..... is "Its great to see you back!" Also, not many youtubers do 'romantic', but that section was hilarious. Loved the 'Bum' reference ... you 2 are so funny! For me, everything stops when viewing your videos. 'Help the Heroes' shirt at the end ... everybody must agree that both of you are 'Everybodies Heroes'. Already looking forward to your next video.
I have only watched 1 second of your latest video so far ...... but feel I must comment on it already! .. What a title for this weeks tour update ....... absolutely AWESOME.
Did you know Elvis Presley rode cable car 76 filming GI Blues? Fun fact for you 😊 Ps. We met you in the Black Bull at Coniston, Easter. My husband shouted to you from across the beer garden 👍🏻
Ah ha! Hello it was so lovely to meet you, really enjoyed Coniston (and the pubs), thanks for taking the time to say hello, remember you were looking at Europe trip too? 🥰 also thanks for the cable car fact, didn't know that, very cool 😎
Nice video - looks like you’re having a great trip - good alcohol choices too! Got to sample the culture 😀 Have a lovely weekend, all the best, David & Rachel 👍
We thoroughly enjoyed your video of your trip to Rudesheim, it made us chuckle when you were heading into the unknown with the initial ferry crossing, because we did exactly the same. Your trip very much replicated ours, from the same campsite, to the same eateries, the Asbach distillery and the trip over the vines in the cable cars and chair lifts. It brought back fantastic or vantastic memories of our trip last year. Your video did a good job of showing the beautiful views, vans for the memories, Lisa and Mike, East Yorkshire V-Line 636se 😄😄.
Aw thank you, the ferry was an expected suprise but it was great in the end and cut out a traffic jam 🥰 It's such a lovely area isn't it, we stayed much longer than planned and would definitely return 😁👍
Yeah we would definitely return too, it's a lovely area and we especially loved people watching on the deck chairs at the Wine shack, after a long day walking/cycling and chair lift riding. Great site and good Value. 😄😄😄😄
Great vlog again, and timely for my wife and I are headed to this area in September. Your comments about the ferry echo comments on Bob Ernshaw's vlog.....ferry! What ferry!😊
Ha ha we remember that video too 😂 It was a surprise but actually a nice one in the end when Iain had recovered from the shock 😂 It was such a lovely area, highly recommended and we will definitely return, the wine chilled was most excellent and majority produced just down the road from Rudesheim 🥰
Love the title. I didn't actually spot it until I went to comment. I thought I was clever and was about to ask if it's foggy on the Rhine, but then I realised you beat me to a variation on that pun 😂 that reminds me, we definitely need to try barbecuing Camembert 😀
Just brilliant. We’re just catching up. Arrived back in the UK today after a European trip. We did Germany (Trier) on the Moselle which this area reminded us of. So beautiful Looks like you had an amazing time - the cable cars and chairlift looked cool. And the beer and wine definitely so!! 😃😃. We liked a beer called Craft Work - like the band. It was very IPA ish! Enjoyed this. - looking forward to the rest of your trip. 👍👍👍
Thank you! Sounds like you had a amazing trip too, haven't tried that beer but will look out for it 🥰 We like the Moselle area very much, not visited in the van yet though so will check out Trier, thank you 😁👍
Wow you guys are having an amazing trip! That looks awesome! Gotta love the civilised all day drinking for hols! sampling local wares! Great video, thank you for sharing.
Great video, having a great time. We were in Bad Godesberg in June in our camper & a very similar setting. We really enjoyed touring Germany & will definitely go back next year
Loving your European trips. We're heading there in the summer. Best tip ever about the gin and tonic.😂 Went to rudesheim last year on a cruise. I went running through the vineyards and up to the monument. Amazing place.
Thank you 🥰 the river cruise sounds amazing! Hope you enjoy returning, it's a beautiful part of the world 💗 we would definitely return, with plenty of gin (& tonic) of course 😂❤️👍🏼
@@VantasticAdventures Like yourselves we came over the river on the ferry. We hadnt booked but got a nice hard standing pitch on the left as went in the site. The riverside pitches looked lovely. We did however get a riverside pitch at our next site at Remagen. Great video and look forward to your future ones.
Looks like your having a fantastic time, too many heights for me which is why I don't ski anymore. Nice to see your not skimping on the local produce and good of the locals to liquidise it for you😂😂Cheers K.
Ha ha 😂 yes it was very much a liquid diet 🥂 Really good part of the trip for local produce, they even have community vending machines at the side of the road chilled with local cheese, ham, etc. 🥰
Belgium and Rudesheim vids excellent. Asbach brewery interesting - is it actually in Rudesheim? Thanks for taking the time to do these as very interesting. Looking forwards to future ones 👍👏 Peter
Thank you Peter 🥰 Yes it's still producing in Rudesheim, we asked the same question on the tour, they have a big factory behind the shop although they do produce in other parts of Germany too now. They had a visit from the CEO the day after we visited so were getting everything ready, very interesting history too 😁👍
It was so nice, we will definitely return hope you have a fantastic time 🥰 Heard Asbach was popular for Germany postings too but caused many a hangover 😂 😁👍
Great to see you back!! Loved watching this video, looks a lovely place, no wonder you stayed longer. Really looking forward to seeing the rest of this holiday . 🌞
Thanks Willie, really appreciate you taking the time to comment and subscribe 🥰 welcome to our channel, any Motorhome questions let us know, we relied heavily on RUclips when we bought our van 😁👍
Hi Emer, thank you 🥰 we generally book in the UK as it has been so busy but in Europe we only book the first stop so we have somewhere to aim for when we arrive in France after the crossing and then we just decide where to head next 😁 usually depends on where there is sunshine for Caroline 😂 Sometimes we will call ahead or book the night before online if the campsite has that facility but generally just head where we decide looks interesting. The plan this year was Austria but we loved Germany so much we didn't get that far 👍
Hi you two glad you're back and on a brilliant adventure! Hope you have a fab time and so pleased that you are in Germany. We were there ourselves in June. I am loving the H4Heros T shirt too Ian👍 Just one comment ref the camera, have you changed it or have you been using your phone? I only say this as it appears to be a bit shaky/swingy as if you have no stabilisation, just an observation, not a criticism!!! Look forward to the next one🚐🚐🚐
Thanks Andy that's very kind, so pleased to be travelling again 🥰 Germany is amazing, we will definitely return 😁 Good spot on the camera, we switched to our full frame mirror less camera in April for the majority of the filming to increase the quality which is great but it's slightly heavier and Iain was filming with one hand due to carrying a walking pole which made the camera more unstable (usually film with 2 hands to support when not filming with a gimble), the stick had gone by the last part of the trip so will check if that is more stable, we noticed it too on this video when editing so thank you for the feedback, we really appreciate it as helps us tweak things for future 😊👍
@@VantasticAdventures No worries, glad the pole has gone and look forward to more adventures....we have an Adria twin so can appreciate your Adventure 65 as a van and home! 🤩🚐👍

What a title for this weeks tour update ....... absolutely AWESOME.
Ha ha 😂 thank you so much you proved one of us right, we debated the title and didn't agree for once 😂😂😂👍
Super VLOG. Thank you.

Thank you both 🥰 it was very nice place to visit and the local "produce" was excellent 😂👌👍
Really, really nice to see you two back. Impressed that you managed until 3 minutes 34 seconds before mentioning beer!
😂😂😂 Love that 🍻 Will try and make it longer although this week's video not sure we managed that 😂

Fantastic adventure, great to see some of Germany..... Enjoy!
Thank you, we loved this place and stayed far longer than planned, definitely sold on Germany 🥰

Great video, having a great time. We were in Bad Godesberg in June in our camper & a very similar setting. We really enjoyed touring Germany & will definitely go back next year
Thank you, Germany completely blew us away, really lovely place and we wanted to see more, it made us want to return too 🥰
That looked amazing.

We stayed at that same campsite in Rudesheim two weeks ago.

Thank you 🥰 we are so pleased to be away in the van again and very impressed with Germany 😊👌
On our route for next springs tour. Visited there in the past when I was posted to Germany.
It was so nice, we will definitely return hope you have a fantastic time 🥰 Heard Asbach was popular for Germany postings too but caused many a hangover 😂 😁👍
Lovely looking area, I do think you could’ve had a few more drinks stops though😂
😂😂😂 when we watched it back we thought the same 😂 Must have been the editing, we drink that much honest 😂🥰
Great to see you back!!
Loved watching this video, looks a lovely place, no wonder you stayed longer.
Really looking forward to seeing the rest of this holiday . 🌞
Thank you so much, it's great to be travelling again 🥰 very much enjoyed this stop and would return 😁
Hi both ..I'm surprised you're still sober😂 great video
Ha ha 😂 thank you, think the editing just showed all the beer and wine highlights 😂😂😂 honest 🥰

Easy way to avoid a domestic. One go for a walk/ride the other put the wind break up. 😂😂
That is a very good idea 😂👍🥰
Enjoyed the video. How far was it from the campsite to where you got the cable car?
Thank you 🥰 it wasn't too far, around a 10 minute stroll along the river from the campsite bar entrance to the cable car station 😁👍
More alcohol you 2 dont dissapoint 😂😂
It was local culture apparently 😂🥰👍
More alcohol 😎
The viewers were getting withdrawal symptoms apparently 😂👍🏼🥰
