You know when you fry your pork chops, yours come out beautiful, but sometimes when I fry mine, the flour peels off-(lol!)-that's no fun-but anyway, I think that you're nice and very caring , and you made this recipe very easy! I also had no idea that there was some Cream of Onion soup! I'd like to get some! I will try this recipe pretty soon as pork chops are my favorite, and that I love cooking! Looks good, in addition to the 2 cups of parboiled rice you rinsed and added to the pan, it looks like you added a little extra rice in the video right before you stirred everything together and placed the chops on top. Did you add more rice? If so, how much additional rice did you add?
Ok, so mine are in the oven, almost done, and let me tell you my house smells insanely good!! I tasted a piece of pork chop that came off another one, so it was done and omg, juicy, loaded with flavor and just really tender. The taste is over the top good...now just need to be patient another half hour or so, and then it's on!! I'm bout to throw down.

That looks so dang good! I thought the rice would be creamier but it looks delicious as is.
The flavors actually bake into the rice. If you want more sauce just cut the time maybe 5 minutes
Doesn't it though? The soup gets all absorbed by the rice and you get fluffy perfect rice...

Nope no extra rice use 2 cups. You may loose some when you wash your rice if so add that amount back that you lose.

You said all purpose flour in the video but the posted ingredient lists says self-rising flour. Which type of flour did you use?
You can use either. I used self rising.
